Howe To: Healthy Morning Egg + Protein Powder Bites 

Is it just me or do so many of these "model morning routine" videos assume you have ALL the time in the world in the mornings?
Well, I wanted to show you my healthy, yet busy, 'model' routine on what gets me out the door, yet still starts my day in a healthy and efficient way. These tips and the egg-bite recipes were super key during my prep for Miss Canada & Miss Universe.
@suzangalluzzo originally got me hooked on these egg bites and there are SO many different ways you can make variations on them with different foods and different flavoured Whey Protein Powders.
