HP 840 G8 Laptop Broken Screen Repair 

Hey guys, welcome back to my new video. In this video i will be replacing the LCD on this HP laptop model 840 G8. This screen has a matte finish and is non touch.
Overview
00:15 Power off
00:20 Outer bezel comes out
01:06 LCD adhesive comes out (holding old LCD in)
02:00 Adhesive on LCD connector peels off
02:10 Old LCD comes out
03:36 New LCD goes in, then test
05:27 Once working, apply new adhesive
06:01 Rest LCD back on new adhesive
06:49 Put outer bezel back on
