Hi friend, good morning. my hp T920 plotter activates the ink tube refill option and now it is asking me for a new head. Will I have any option to reset that option and not ask me for a new head? I went into the Services Menu and gave the option to fill tubes. and now he is asking me for a new head. There will be an option so that it no longer asks me for a new head and to be able to place the previous one.
Thanks for message. We suggest having the printer serviced/cleaned, and various checks carried out to see which part is faulty. Could be a sensor needs to be cleaned/replaced or reseated. You may have a worn belt as well. Could be alignment issue, e.g. spindle not aligned correctly, black end cap come out of the slot etc. If you're in the UK, please contact engineering@hpplotter.co.uk for a repair estimate.
Whenever I load roll 1 or 2, it doesn't show the paper categorys. It's just an empty field. I restarted it 3-4 times, but still the same problem. Before this problem happened, I were able to load it 2-3 times. In the webinterface are every paper categorys marked as "visible". Firmware is up-to-date. What can I do?
what if you can't roll the paper all the way down and it won't take the paper? is there a way to fix this issue? Roll 1 doesn't accept the feed but roll 2 does. im having this issue with the T2300, it stops allowing me to roll the paper in like 2 inches into it and it bunches up.
I would suggest an engineering visit to fix this -please email engineering@hpplotter.co.uk for a quotation and provide your printer details and UK postcode. Thanks 😊
+CHRISTINE GALEN 1. Select Paper Options, Load Sheet 2. Go to the back of the printer and open out the plastic back which reveals where the paper roll normally feeds into the printer. You will note on the left hand side there is an 'F' shaped piece of plastic, This basically provides 2 slots which divides your printer into Sheet Feed and Roll Feed. The back slot = sheet feed and the front slot = roll feed 3. Place the A4 sheet in the back slot and follow the plastic groove on the left hand side. Keep your paper straight and push it gently down into the printer. Often you will skew it slightly and the printer will reject it. Loading A4 sheets with this printer is fiddly and often problematic. There is a knack!
whenever i load roll 1 or 2, the remove paper always appear on the screen even theres no paper on it, it should be feed roll paper appears on the screen. what was wrong with it.
