I can't get over the fact that the packaging says the printer is white, but it's not. So technically they send you the correct one, they just messed up packing the printers. hahaha.

You just tipped me over the edge to buy one :) Gonna take it on Vaca with me and journey with pics! I am wondering if it is possible to buy larger photo paper and cut it to size...I may try that, as long as the thickness is the same, like using cheaper $ store photo paper-that's pretty thin :)

Paper it's quite expensive compare with the device... For 100 photo paper purchased you can buy another printer. That's the printers company business, selling cheap devices bounded to expensive needed accessories.

Nice idea, seems to print great quality. I just had my first child and my wifes phone is filled with some really good pictures, but why in the world would I want 100's of 2x3 photographs? They need a 4x6 version.

You look good on the printout, but if a whitebread like me looks like the guy next to you on it, I am not so sure I could use it without some picture editing before printing. Considering the Sprocket can only be used with iPhone and Android, that means multiple file transfers: Take picture, send to PC, edit, send to phone/tablet, print. Quite a process. Therefore I am still tempted but not sold. But thanks for the video nontheless, it was very informative and well made. One Question I have tho: Does the software allow for PDF print or only picture formats like PNG/JPG?

As far I know you can only use the HP Zink sticky back paper. I’ve heard someone use Polaroid paper which is the same size, not sure of the paper price difference. I stick with the hp paper. Thanks for watching and subscribe for more tech videos👍🏾

Not sure, but I use to work for HP and they always say if you use any other consumables, etc it will violate the warranty.

Hallo! I'm trying to decide between the HP Sprocket, LG Pocket Photo, and the Polaroid Zip. I saw a review that the LG can't be used while it is being charged. Is this also the case with the HP Sprocket? :) how many prints can it do on one charge? Thanks!

The Polaroid Zip, someone told me they upgraded the app and it's not working correctly so hopefully that's taken care of soon. Yes you can print to the printer while it's charging, I'm not exactly sure how many prints on a single charge, I read someone said at least 30. Good question, this only does the 2x3. If you have a color printer you can always buy the sticky back glossy paper and do custom printouts.

Anže Šuc it's special paper called Zink paper which requires no ink so you wouldn't be able to use any other paper except the one made for the printer

No Ink is needed Amanda. The special ZINK paper and the heat used in the printer allows you to print ink free.
