High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a form of column chromatography that pumps a sample mixture or analyte in a solvent (known as the mobile phase) at high pressure through a column with chromatographic packing material (stationary phase).

Hello sir If I send my sample for quantification and method development to a institutions,should I provide methodology? They gave me the results but the peaks are not good.. They also charged 15k for method development because the methods i provided did not work.. If they have developed the method the peak should come good m I right sir
