I am warming up to it quite well. I am going to need to thicken the centre diff fluid to keep the nose up a bit....should help with throttle landing. 👍
The Losi Desert Buggy's are definitely good at smooth flying mostly level flight. I have the Losi DB Pro and it jumps pretty much exactly the same. None of my other RCs glide with such ease. Most are too violent in throttle and brake to keep it flat and level. Probably the second flattest flying RC I own believe it or not is the Traxxas UDR. The 5ive T isn't bad, but I don't jump it often.
What do you think about that stock 160 amp ESC? I feel like that's just too weak for a 30+ pound truck. Mine just arrived today, and the first thing I'm going to do with it is put the Max 5 g2 combo in it.
guy... you gotta stop with the parkinsons syndrome on the throttle. it doesnt help and doesnt work. and its not even gas powered. when i got a five t, i did my first 5th scale race ever and smoked everyone on the track. they all had 10 years+ of rc driving experience. there was about 12 dudes. i never used parkinsons fingers and my motor wasnt even tuned. just a weak stock 29cc. they even built the track!
