These videos are always proof to me that hugs literally are my favourite thing in the world. Like, nothing compares to it in my opinion. Maybe it's just because of my lack of physical contact and hugs in my daily life, so I've obsessed over them over time and have grown to adore them. Who knows? 😂 Either way thank you for showing me that wanting physical closeness and connection with someone is never a bad thing and nothing to be ashamed of/embarrassed about. I still need to convince myself of this. I've even got 'HUG ME' written as my phone background. I need to start putting it to use whenever I find someone I truly care about. 💙

I tried Buddhism and meditation in the past and was not successful. I am not a person who can easily surrender, find a center or experience "calm". However, this huggin video and the other two hug videos work for me. I find myself relaxing and "letting go" when I have experienced these. Thank you.
