When I first played this game casually with a few friends, I wanted to make a character and Mr Meeseeks was a rather easy one to recreate :D

That's the nicest thing someone has ever said about me :D

As someone who used to run this game, I can tell you that this is not sped up. It looks sped up in the beginning half of the game as there are a lot less obstacles that hinder our horizontal momentum, which allows us to really "fly" through those levels. Also, we naturally know those levels better and are pretty good at them due to the fact that they are earlier in the run, so we end up playing them a bunch when resetting. It's pretty apparent that the video is normal speed in the second half, with the later levels.
