Who’d have thought such an everyday food could do so much. So unbelievable, if I’d heard it anywhere else I wouldn’t have believed it. But coming from you Ryan, we know it’s true. Hummus is definitely my everyday food from now on. 😋 🥘
Thanks Garry, it's an often overlooked food. Especially as it can be made poorly with low quality oils and fillers. However pure hummus (preferably homemade with a high quality extra virgin olive oil.. I like Puglian from Aldi..) is pure health and the ideal snack. Especially as it's ingredients are all uncooked. 🙂👌
