I recently picked up a Phalynx because I thought it looked cool but found it to be a helpful pet for solo PVE when I need a tank.

I don't have one. Reason being, special abilities dont matter that much in group PvE content unfortunately. Some ability reworks for raid/m+ would be sooo welcome. I just stick with ferocity for that leech. Tenacity would be good to for SotF 👌

is it just me, or doesn't it seem whoever updated pet families, and abilities really isn't a hunter main. i'm sorry, but some of what they've done makes zero sense, unless you're a pvper who keeps getting his ass handed to him by hunters. i only mention that thought due to noticing how many of the cooler pets are mostly cunning now, some used to be ferocity.
