I like to think of the tiers thusly: Tier 1: local yokels, kids on bikes, Scooby Doo and the gang Tier 2: the service organizations, the Rotary Club and Moose Lodge, of hunters. Tier 3: Hunting monsters is literally your paid job. In some cases you’re the “Technocracy” of the CoD. You know which conspiracies I’m talking about.
This reminds me of a character I made from Cheiron Group yesrs ago. Dumb as a brick, he was a janitor who had a name very similar to a just hired field agent. The janitor got a few unwanted tricks and then the screw up was discovered. He was transferred to a field office, given a big salary as head of janitorial, and got some minimal training. Fortunately he fell in with a group of smart but not too observant hunters. That was fun.

Glad you were able to upload the video. I am curious, do you intend on covering things like the Autumn People, Dauntain, Thallian, etc? Or the Demon Factions in the Fallen? Or the Earthbound? Because there are a lot of splat templates in each game.
