Hey thanks for doing that, was not expecting a double reaction!!!! Yeah no one ever requests the studio version of this because the live is better lol Tomahawk have 4 albums and the last one Tonic Immobility only came out last year!!! Mike is taking a break from touring, he is taking some time for himself having cancelled the last FNM/Bungle tours due to mental health issues, we're all just hoping he's feeling better soon ❤️ Anyway thank you for the reaction, so glad you're enjoying all this awesome music ❤️
@@f4fake Hmm well I'm just hoping all is well, we all know what a workaholic the man is and other areas of his life are bound to suffer for that, whatever is going on I hope he can work through it and get things figured out
So relieved you did it the right way round 🤣 That's one of the best live performances I've ever seen (and I'm OLD I've seen a decent number of great live performances by now)
He really spices this up with his crazy "whistle range" I've heard it called, pretty rare. He does seem to have a specific obsessive push to just the right desired sound, using all sorts of vocal nuances to get there. I've never heard anyone with so much musical vision, always pushing the limits to the next level. Thanks for doing this music!
This is the best thing hes ever done in my opinion, he randomly decided that he was really into 50s/60s Italian love songs. 😂 Fucking nails them ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0k60OiMq5KA.html
So glad you reacted to this as it's such a great song. If you want another switch of Mike Patton's sound try Faith No More playing Evidence at Lowlands Festival, you'll get an idea of Mike's live antics.
They just released their 5th album, Tonic Immobility a few months back. Predators & Scavengers was the promo song from it, comes with an awesome video.
So happy to see you continuing the MIke P deep, deep dive!! Simply a brilliant double reaction!! When I saw this tour live, I was (you guessed it) front and centre to where Mike would be based. It's easy to work out where Mike will be, just look for multiple mics. Anyway, one of the memorable bits about this concert, was being mesmerised by that gas mask mic! It blew me away! The funniest part was that each time Mike raised the mask to the top of his head. The extra bits of elastic on either side would flop up and down like bunny ears, further accentuated each time the was bright light behind him.... Okay, so maybe you had to be there to fully appreciate, hehehe. Catch you at the next one, Mate!!
I think in your Carousel reaction you marveled at how amazing it would be to see it live. At some point you should check out mr bungle's live shows in 92 @the Warfield and also the one in Toronto.
@@nono-vt6hp Trevor is always teasing, all the stuff he's got he could publish a book of all the unseen pictures, all the live stuff, he just needs to stop already 😅
Surely you know how to brighten someone's day. :) Good reaction. Tomahawk is a bit more of a hardcore-punk-rock..ish band of Mike Patton, although the guitarist is the leader and the main music provider. ;) Also, what are clowns and the circus as an image to Mr.Bungle, there are, like, cowboys, southern & western feeling , low-lifers and legends about them to Tomahawk. So, here you go. :) Keep rockin`with Tomahawk, they also have good things to show...:) Ciaos! :D
Try Dead Cross too. Another Patton band that kicks ass in a kinda hardcore punk supergroup with Dave Lombardo drummer from Slayer and Fantomas with King Buzzo from the Melvin's .
Epic reactions! I like that you watch the live versions as well. Musicians show how good (or bad) they are when they play live. Mike Patton is the best. I recommend you to get in to Tool next. All the best brother!
@@hurm1t974 Sorry for my late reply brother! Difficult to get good quality Tool videos live, but the studio versions are epic, I recommend doing next Lateralus, Lost Keys/Rosetta Stone, Eulogy or 10,000 days (Wings pt 2), there are so many good ones tho! The lyrics are epic too. I enjoy watching your reactions brother, all the best !
