Petite Martinique and Carriacou with 1,000 and 10,000 are all homeless, no food, no water, no lights and only 1st responders are allowed to enter the Isand. Mainland Grenada is not as devastating but still many people lost a lot. Beryl did a number in the Caribbean 😢😢😢

She has a mental illness where she is codependent and needs to take care of something. She mentioned it in an interview years ago (not having a mental illness, those are my words, but the need to be a caregiver). She keeps having babies because they are helpless and Need someone to take care of them. As soon as they become an independent toddler, she gets pregnant again and starts the cycle all over again. She really needs help!

Hurricane Beryl hit my island of Grenada as a Cat 5. Flattened one of the sister island. I was stressed out…my mom and sister both still live there. The last hurricane was 18 years prior and did similar damage. If I were home I’d just pack up and leave. It’s too too much. Thanking God for small mercies.

I'm not mad at her for posting on social media. She might not be ready to go to the police yet, but the pics are evidence and establishing a pattern of behavior. SHE doesn't have to press charges. The STATE presses charges. Hopefully, her posted pics will be enough evidence for the prosecutor. Maybe, another woman in this situation decides enough is enough and ends her relationship with an abuser. Maybe, other women find strength and post their pictures, call these abusers out, names him, and shows his face. Maybe his next potential victim sees, hears, and believes he is violent and dangerous. Maybe she declines to become involved with him and avoids being in this situation herself. I think this is a first step for her and she will continue to move forward until she is safe.

It's something strange to me about how women who have so many kids because they want to feel needed often times never have kids with special needs who require lifelong care and/or assistance. My little girl has special needs..I'd kill for her to not need me more and more, as the years go on. Let your children grow and get your behind in therapy because a child cannot fill that void..they aren't meant to!

I had friend that was in a toxic talking stage and she would always want to talk about him everyday all day long and she would talk about how she was ready to cut off anyone who told her to cut him off

I was stuck in Tulum for 2 extra days staying at this beautiful villa during the hurricane. It was a Category 2 when it hit us and baby I don't want to experience this again. It was scary. We had power and no phones. I made the worst mistake of sending a man out to get groceries for the hurricane. That man came back with food we needed to cook. No non perishables. He did get enough water...🤷🏾♀️
