Very impressive footage, Mike! The shots of the storm surge in Gulfport look awesome, it just highlights how vulnerable that coastline is even to a category 1 hurricane. Best regards!
man i got videos of it uploaded but i privated it cuz i gota edit it on youtubes editor cuz its several small vids recorded through the storm in wpb.... gota mix it into one and finally put it public but i never have the time i had it all uploaded during the storm lulz.. i got good shots of lightning to...
I would hate to be in that location if the right side of the eyewall was hitting during a cat 3 to cat 5 hurricane, that would be insane. This was a weaker storm hitting and it was still pushing the water in a decent ways.
I would've got off the car, stop filming for a while, and put those birds to safety until the storm subsides. I wish I hadn't seen this. Poor birds. :(
To those idiots complaining that they did not rescue those birds, stop whining. This is how nature weeds the populations. It is also stupid to assume that those birds are completely helpless. Past events of this kind enabled them to adapt to these conditions. Losses are inevitable from storms but much bigger threats come from other activities caused by humans and these are the problems that should be dealt with accordingly.
@@jeremiahpayne4364 Why would you be in walmart? Because you shouldn't you would have had a warning like 3 days ago about the hurricane and be prepared not only that you spelled us wrong and coming so yeah i think you are lying
