Love the "please wash your meat!" I'm veggie now but one of the reasons I knew my husband was the one was he washed the chicken without being prompted the first time we cooked together💖

I always enjoy watching you cook as it's similar to what I would cook and eat. Good tip on washing meat. A friend of mine invited me over for dinner and I watched her prepare the meal. TO MY SHOCK...she did not wash the meat. The blood was running off the meat and obviously I was put off immediately. I have a strict rule in my kitchen which is, WASH WASH WASH everything, especially hands and meat and sometimes onions and garlic. OMG!

Current guidelines recommend you don't wash meat.

@@ZeinahNur I don't think it is because of anything it does to the meat that they say not to wash it, it is the risk of spreading the bacteria. I guess as long as you bleach everywhere after, it will be fine.

I was inspired by your salad and made my own version. I added pomegranate as an extra with some apple to add sweetness. Finished off with mint and mango sauce. Thank you for sharing call your recipes.
