Just going to be honest here, Might want to explore the idea of hiring someone to produce audio for the stream. Set a constant level -2db etc, proper ducking of audio etc. To Clarify, It's -29db and still peaking meters. Volume needs to be normalized, it's called a compressor/limiter.
How many hours did that have before it was rebuilt?? I just bought a 2022 fc250 & idk what to think or do it has 99 hours idk if i should do a top end or full rebuild. Idk anything about this bike
What’s wrong with hot rod bearings? I have used them for years not one problem.. and I have Settings on my air gun and know exactly what torque it’s going to put out and yes I use torque wrench ..
Brad a quick google search on hot rod bearings can answer that. No reputable engine builder where I live will use them either. I bought a Hot Rods crank kit once and returned it after seeing the poor quality. Japanese main bearings only for me, pretty sure hot rods uses Chinese factories. Sorry I didn’t see the torque wrench till the end and still not a fan of using impact tools on cranks. Just my opinions but whatever works for you if your not having failures.
Kav just so you know they did use Chinese bearings and cranks were getting done there to But now it’s all done in house in USA and the quality is so so much better . I have not had one failure and I use 3 to 5 crank kits a week. I do agree in the past they had issues but not anymore.
Hi guys, first of all thank you for this video, i did everything exactly as shown and the intake cumshaft melted and grind the cylinder head... I would love your help in this matter, what could cause this appening?
Brad is awesome iv a yz426f motor in pieces id love to send him pitty im on the other side of the world in sunny Dublin🤣 The bike is gonna be amazing looking forward to the rest of the build 🤙
Pretty good job. Can you say me how much torque need the cylinder please? And if it is the same proceed with the ktm 350sxf 2017. Greetings from Argentina
Hi guys. I’m gonna be doing a full engine rebuild on my 2017 fe350. I’ve never done one before. My engine has 10,000 . Never raced. Oil changed every other ride. I’m changing everything you are. My question is regarding the trust washers in the gear box. Should I change them ? Thanks simon
what displacement does this big bore kit make? how does it ride compared to stock? I have 100H on my 2017 but I dont abuse it very much and maintain it well...im going to let it go to 200h before i start checking things!
No springs they use what’s called pressure plate . They make stiffer ones or stock . This system gives you a more consistent pressure over the clutch plates
go to rockymountains atv mc website and insert your bike model and year, they will give you all the parts for the bike. then look for wrench rabbit kit for your bike, valves and timing chain are not included look for those as well.. maybe best to get OEM..
@BRAD, hi my name i Fabio and i'm italian...my english is not very well but i would like to ask you how did you get fe 350 into 366. what are the changes to be made? regards
I've been looking for a cylinder works big bore kit for a ktm 350 exc and I can't find any that are compatible. Would the same kit you guys used work on my 350 exc? As far as I'm aware the fe 350 and the 350 exc have pretty much the same engine.
I have 250 hours on my 2013 350 excf and never rebuilt. So am I looking at a full rebuild when I go to the dealer?😫 When you say top end that’s just piston rings? Bottom would be what? Transmission or other components ? Sorry newb👎🏻 Any help would be great to learn what I need to do to keep her running great.
@@dirtniron ya so valves you mean new valves and machine the seats ? Is that’s top end or bottom end rebuild. I got a quote for 5000$. That seems like a lot 😫
@@dirtniron that left thead crank bolt with the impact just before the air compressor kicked because of low pressure in didnt look at spec . . belive me i have pay alot of money because people was sure about their magic abilities of nm measuring
Oh that is real mine was an 18 it’s happen to a lot of bikes I wonder if they “ktm”have recognized the part as defective and will help me the oem parts to fix this motor right will cost 5-6 grand just parts so I’m not doing that if ktm don’t help I’ll have a long grueling process of parting out a near new Mx bike and it’s scrap metal to me... and I need new dirt bike
