This is on a 357XP chainsaw, but the application would work on any similar situation
Main point for me is that a cobalt bit works better than those supplied with this kit. But the extraction piece got a nice bite and the screw came out pretty easy.

Nice job. I like to use a bit of heat. Also like to tighten exhaust bolts when the saw is warm. Another thing I do is to slightly tighten them, then back them out as sometimes they will go in easier than out and it helps loosen them just enough. Glad you got it.
