Just wondering if the trajectory would be a problem at range , plus I thought the piston seal does not spin being the piston travels in a straight line , that will have some hitting power 🥂 Cheers
I have a .25 hw77k as well as a 97k. the problem ive found with the 77k in .25 is these guns don't have great air volume potential for bigger calibres as their design is for .177 and .22. the 97k, having a shorter barrel, actually lugs lead pretty nicely, but ive found the 77k with a longer barrel, seems to struggle a little bit more, but a little bit of tweeking should see an improvement. how you're going to get those 30 cal slugs moving fast enough with the short stroke 26mm cylinder/piston is behond me lol but if it's any more effective than a catapult when your finished you succeeded haha

Dave, did you insert the .30 liner on this? I've an HW77 that's had a .25 brass liner conversion (allegedly a Steve Harper conversion) at some point in its life and the liner needs replacing, is this something you can do or do you know anyone who carries out this work? Thanks, Paul
