@@GundryMDYT what is the pH? I assume that it is slightly acidic as that is the nature of having additional Hydrogen ions...which would be very beneficial as the majority of people have Hypochlorhydria which worsens over time even to the point of Achlorhydria...

Great question! If stored in a closed container, hydrogen water can last for 24 to 48 hours.

Hydrogen water is regular water with hydrogen gas added. Dr. Gundry doe snot have a brand that he recommends at this time. 🙏

@Shokkwavez research it, I use the Megahome distiller. It removes all chemicals and harmful pollutants in the water.

@@Jayf4679 I'm sure it's just naming semantics but you're drinking purified water. Distilled water is void of anything, even the natural minerals that are generally found in water like Natrium, Kalium, Calcium, etc and drinking this distilled water is a great way to drain your body from its own natural minerals and flush them down the toilet because the water in your body is constantly seeking equilibrium.

@@GundryMDYT Thank you. Is that not a bit too high- too alkaline? Do you recommend 8-8.5 electrically created Hydrogen water? Dr. Berg is against it. Says it can mess up the gut being too Alkaline.
