I have normal systolic pressure but diastolic is high all the time. Like 116/89-6am, 120/90- 10am, 125/96 -1 pm, 130/100- 6pm, 136/104 -10 pm these are my levels all the day. Why it is high diastolic only? How to decrease? Please find the solution here. Thank you All❤
I know just what you mean!! Mine was 202/193. Pulse 111. I did several pressure points, it went down some but came back up. I took a 20 mg if my Lisinopril & it started coming down in about 10 minutes. I did call an ambulance because of my high numbers. They did an EKG & it showed no heart attack so I didn't go to hospital
If you're up to taking your blood pressure every 15 minutes then there are maybe other issues that you need a different type of doctor for. And in the spirit of "if you can't make time for exercise you'll need to make time to be ill", just walk, as much as you can. That works and no stress about oh I must go running or cycling. Walk. Just walk as much as you can and especially if you're not feeling up to it - that's the 'just add discipline' part. Best wishes.
We say to take blood pressure every 15 minutes to see if the ways to lower blood pressure are working. If the methods do not work, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible. After all, this video is about how to quickly lower high blood pressure. If you are not experiencing an exacerbation and your blood pressure is moderately high and you are not sick of this, you should not measure the pressure so often. Enough 1-2 times a day. Usually your doctor tells you about the frequency of measurements. But in general you are right :)
Make sure if you use peppermint oil like I do it’s food grade and ingestible! That should be stated in this video! It’s got so many good properties in it for many different healing uses!
Age 32 years.I have normal systolic pressure but diastolic is high all the time. Like 116/89-6am, 120/90- 10am, 125/96 -1 pm, 130/100- 6pm, 136/104 -10 pm these are my levels all the day. Why it is high diastolic only? How to decrease? Please find the solution here. Thank you All❤
I once had a hypertensive crisis (220 over 180) went to MedExpress, they sent me to the emergency room for treatment. At hospital emergency room, the doctor put me on a gurney and in a treatment room, put an automatic blood pressure cuff on my arm, told me to rest or sleep if possible, turned out the lights and closed the door. After about three hours the pressure had come down to normal range and I was discharged. The Doctor told me that they no longer aggressively treat high BP as when they gave shots to rapidly lower BP some people went out the bottom and died from low BP! When I got the bills for the ambulance and emergency room ($3000+ my out of pocket) I am sure my BP went off the top of the chart!. BTW, I had no overt symptoms nor did I feel unwell.

I’m gonna try peppermint tea each day and leave the salty burgers and fries I occasionally treat myself to alone. I’m still gonna have my peanut butter and jelly. No sodium there, I don’t think. 😊
If care is taken continually such as exercising, deep breathing and taking things like hibicus tea and beet root juice the temporary can become the normal.
I see people making videos still blaming salt for what the sugar does. Your body needs salt its the sugar it doesn't need sugar snd carbs is what raising your blood pressure not the salt. your welcome
Thank you for your comment! We do not deny the harm of sugar and do not demonize salt. The video talks about things that will help quickly reduce or not provoke high blood pressure. Salt can have a short-term effect on your blood pressure, so we've indicated that it's best avoided if you already have hypertension. The effects of sugar are noticeable in the long term, so we talk about this in other videos where we discuss tips for lowering blood pressure in general.
Isaiah 55:6 KJV Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: John 3:16 KJV For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 10:9 KJV That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Acts 2:21 KJV And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
@@Paramedstore No…the patient should have at least 5 mins of quiet prior to getting BP checked. While BP is being checked there should be: 1. No talking 2. Both feet of the patient should be on the floor 3. The cuff should be the correct size 4. Patient’s bladder should be empty 5. Patient’s back should be against the back of the chair 6. The arm with the cuff should be inline with the heart The aforementioned is what you are told to do when taking your BP at home. Why aren’t the medical professionals following the same protocol? If the reading(s) are high/inaccurate the doc prescribes medication.
In this video, indeed, we talked about ways to lower blood pressure, but this is more of an “first aid”, this is not a treatment. But we know of many cases where hypertension was cured. You need to work with this and find reasons.
High blood pressure has long term consequences. You have a MUCH greater risk if you have these factors. Smoking, drinking, drugs use, overweight, inactive and junk food eater. Probably 5X to 10X more risk with those factors.
