What's up everyone, this is my review of the hyperwear hyper rope. This piece of equipment is far more superior than all of the battle ropes on the market. It truly is a one of kind piece of equipment that I feel should be in every garage gym.

Excellent review. I myself was looking for a rope to get started in battle rope training but am short on space. My biggest concern with this is: does it deliver the same (or similar) results as a standard 50 ft long rope? It's pretty pricey too for a rope, so need to know before i pull the trigger on this. The space-saving is definitely a plus for me since i'd be using it exclusively indoor. Is it a legit training tool or just a gimmick?

Great review. I want to get a 20 foot rope that does not have to be anchored but the cost even for the standard rope is jaw dropping. Sgt. Knots makes one in 1, 1.5 and 2 inch handles with 20 feet. I am thinking of getting the 1.5 which runs about $63 on Amazon and is an american company. Buying from Amazon as returnable. I do have a 15 pound hyperwear sandrope and I love playing with that. I am 165 pounds and 73 years old. So the 30 pound version was just too much for me. I have thought about the hyperwear jump rope but I am not a good jump roper. I appreciate your review. Great stuff. Hmm, I've never heard of Sgt knots until your comment. I see their 2" x 20ft is 20lbs, which is extremely similar to this one. I do wonder if if can be used without being anchored. I believe the braid of hyperwears allows it be smooth and not get tangled up as you perform unanchored movements. Thank you for the support in watching the review and leaving a comment. Hi Jim. Hyperwear is an Austin Texas company that has been an innovator in functional fitness equipment for over a decade. Our Hyper Rope is very costly to manufacture and comes in bulk from Canada. We do the final manufacturing in Austin. Wish we could sell it cheaper but it will outlast any basic rope.

Thanks for responding CJ. I ended up getting the standard hyperwear battle rope which is 20 feet in length and weighing 15 pounds. I weigh about 165 and I am 73 years old so candidly I thought that would be good enough. I actually bought it on Amazon during their prime days and caught it for $198 plus tax. As you know they also have a 30 day return policy where you can ship it back for free which makes it all the more tempting. I just received it a day ago and I absolutely love it. Obviously you can be used on anchored in candy I also have an anchor from a some bands that I used out of the door for some of the exercises that you were doing using the sand bell. Thanks again for your review. You inspired me to put out the money and get it. Jim
