This was the best I have heard in my life. I connected. I cried.

This isn't an hour and 24 minute guided meditation. It's actually the same meditation back to back (so about 42 minutes). It is one of Joe's faster paced meditations, and I find the music to also be a bit fast paced. Joe is my favorite! This isn't one of my favorite recordings of his, but if you like something that moves a little quicker, this would be good for you. Not sure it's intentional to have the same recording twice in one video. If it was, it's a format that doesn't work well for me.

I have meditated a few times before and assumed I was doing it right. I used this today and my experience is beyond words. First attempt lasted 10 minutes and it felt like hours. The second try it made me cry and now I can do it without music. Truly connected. Thanks!

I’ve never experienced what I just did!. I just woke up from the meditation. Right before waking up. Someone was covering my eyes and had their hands on my throat; the hold on me was non-threatening but I can feel the hand. I was wondering what was going on, and finally the had lifted from my face. I didn’t want to wake up, I wanted to see more. Prior I saw myself walking with a man who seemed happy to see me. I had a glimpse of my mother (who is living) yet she was looking at me and this man walking together. The man was calm and happy to see me. Before this meditation, I was in deep sadness and inertia. I felt compelled to go on RU-vid, and let ro this meditation. Honestly the most profound experience I’ve ever witness and been through! I feel as if chains were cut off from me.

Wow! That worked. The only other time I was successfully hypnotized was listening to Dick Sutphan. He took me into my past lives, but when someone handed me a mirror, I chickened out and gave the safe signal and woke up. Later I got so scared I erased the tape. Regret. I can't find another. Anyhoo, this was most helpful and revealing, and gives me a chuckle, considering the nature of my higher self. I owe you one. Thank You. K.

Only completed the first half of this and it was such a rewarding experience. I’ve never done this before but I felt so relaxed that I had to really focus only on breathing. Your guidance led me to (I think) my higher self or imagined what my highest self was like and it was the most beautiful and loving experience. She loved me and forgave everything I’ve done thus far. I felt my soul cleansed and restored with self love and I just cried my lil eyes out lol. It was like being hugged for the very first time. She gave the best advice to be strong, be brave, be smart, and lead with love. Once I came back down from that experience I felt all my pain and stress lifted. Thank you so much for this experience. I went into a bit of a ropey start because the cats started play fighting, so I shut them in the kitchen, laid back down and carried on listening - fell asleep - had a strange, not that great a dream, then gained wakefullness but with the most amazing feeling - all absorbed sort of euphoric tingling through my whole being that lasted for ages and I felt like I didn't want to fully awake. I remember your words being that I was coming back out of the hypnosis and I didn't want to just at that moment because along with the sensation, I could see an ever changing pattern which seems very higher self to me. I experienced the same thing about a week ago. Without having found your hypnosis. Didn't see my vision of a spirit guide though - not managed that yet. I like the sound of your voice and the speed you talk at along with the music - That's All Good. I usually listen to Abraham and Esther Hicks that you might also find interesting if you start at the very beginning to understand what that is all about. Totally enlightening. I was very much in my Vortex. Loved it. Just to add, I think when I woke up I was listening to another of your hypnosis audios. Strange but true. Thank you. Will listen again.

This hypnotic session is a great one! I have trouble visualising and this one always works for me! Even if my mind wonders, it comes back in the end to be healed and visualize the healing. Thank you so much for this beautiful video! It definitely helps all around, especially with any negative feelings I have when I begin listening are all gone by the end, only good is left. 😊♥️

Joe your voice is so soothing, I keep falling asleep before getting to the good stuff in the meditations! I think I'll try the next one during the day.

With all the time I spent on RU-vid up until a week or so I never saw one of these videos on my recommendation tab and something inside felt like I should put the meditation on and even if I do not see anything it still helps me to relax and clear my mind....

I keep falling asleep during the disclaimer. I think this is my 4 or so time trying this out. Thus far my dreams are like I’m taking alternate paths in life, almost like completing the “what-ifs”. For instance, I didn’t go get a McDonald’s ice cream and strawberry and cream pie, nor did I visit a friend that sane day. The dream went on as if I had done those very save things. Also, in parts of it I ended up over 1000 miles away to a relatives’ home. 🙄 None of this is unusual for me. I’m very well aware between the difference of dream states and such. This is just one of those videos that does nothing for me except put me to sleep. Jody Whiteley and Michael Sealey are two of my favorites on RU-vid. I’ll check out more of this channels’ videos. It could just very well may be this one that does nothing for me. After all, one size doesn’t fit all when dealing with the realms and spiritual aspects of life or life in general. Yippee.

Fell asleep but upon awaking keep eyes closed in my darkness seen few images coming n going it's so neat it's hard to get there has to be perfect timing n conditions. You can't think or it'll go away. Thank you this is great.

Thank you for this one, Joe. I've done many of your guided meditations over the last year and I often wake up feeling entirely re-charged. Is there anything or anyone that got you into meditation? I did a work training just over ten years ago that caused an astral projection and a few years later an extremely vivid past life episode entirely shocked me long before I got into meditating. It wasn't until a dear friend of mine passed 2 years ago that I stumbled upon you and Jason Stephenson after having regular panic attacks and unlocked a part of my life I am so very thankful for. Meditation is a very special place to me and you have helped tremendously. When my world is chaos you have provided a safe place for me. Much gratitude.

This was really relaxing this is my first time meditating first it was like I was in a dark room full of stress and worries and sadness after doing what he says it was like I was in a different but still there was a little bit of darkness then I went to a white room full of relaxed emotions then I met something like myself it was closing its eyes then it opened its eyes then I went to a very beautiful place full of water and green areas I was like in a small paddling boat my higher self was rowing I kept asking it questions and it answered in a deep calming voice I asked it deep questions then I went away from the beautiful place I went to the place I started in but it was full of light then the video ended

This was powerful I saw a female hero, me holding a newborn baby, and saying this phrase to God: I need you and you need me. 😭 That's what I remember the most before my dog started to wonder what I was doing and walked on me 😅

I use ear bugs and go to sleep listening. Body felt extremely relax and in an state of peace. Next morning I saw thing in a different way. The night after I did the same. This time more aware that It works. The results at night were amazing things show when you sleep vividly.. I do recommend it. Specially when going to sleep. Best of luck to you

I had a dream whilst listening to this, it was really bizarre. I only remember it vaguely but I was riding a shooter and I got lost in these suburban streets. I went down a driveway thinking it was a road and ended up in a creepy little driveway garden that had messy little garden flowers, lots of concrete and a little granny flat type home. I expected a grumpy old man to come out and tell me to bugger off but a young blonde man that looked like a creepy yet kind of angelic curt Cobain type guy came to his door and was quite polite and said it happens all the time. anyway I apologized and anxiously skooted off. As Ingot out of his gate I noticed something on the ground. It was a dream catcher that I had made a long while ago but was upset with my efforts and through it away. I was confused to how it ended up at the start of his driveway and I saw it as a sign. I then ended up starting a new job at a grocery store and I had these coworkers that were this curr Cobain like guys brothers. The whole dream was anxiety filled but I felt like I was supposed to know this blond man. He looked like someone very toxic and dangerous. Is this just a random dream or is it telling me something?

I'm pretty sure I'm going too deep under. I don't remember anything except the beginning part of the relaxation to like the arms and then I come back JUST before you begin to count me out of it. I was still under because I tried to open my eyes and couldn't until you said eyes open. I was a bit confused because this is back-to-back meditations and I was like, why is he counting us out at the halfway mark. lol Anyway, I have no doubt I was with my higher self but I'm bummer I don't remember it. I'm doing these in preparation for a QHHT session next month. I guess the therapist will have no trouble having me in deep trance. Thank you for this. I did go back and listen to the journey but still don't remember anything.

Does anyone else sometimes get sleep paralysis while falling asleep to these types of videos?

Okay I'm gonna straight up say I'm not spiritual at all. I am a firm skeptic and don't believe in any spiritual phenomena that can't otherwise be explained through science. That being said, I have to thank you for these videos; they are very helpful with my depression, anxiety and insomnia, and while I'm sure that the experiences they induce are purely in the mind and just the result of subconscious suggestion, guided hypnosis has been surprisingly helpful for me in the past couple of weeks and have allowed me to feel comfortable and relaxed for the first time in ages. Thanks.
