Hypnosis for meeting your spirit guide 

So I felt like I was sleep... I decided to lay on my floor, open my window and listen to your video. I had a dream about a woman in the middle of the night knocking on everyone door. I did not answer as I watched her outside my door. She then knocked on my neighbors door next to me... and I heard screaming and yelling, then multiple gun shots. I then woke up thinking what did this mean to me? Two seconds later outside my window, I hear fussing and yelling...then gun shots followed... my stomach hurts and I’m in disbelief...I’m extremely shocked right now... But I called the police right after. I know it was my angels warming me. My intuition was warming me to stay home, lay on the ground, and meditate. Thank you for saving me and uploading this video! Thank you again...

We all have the power to know who our spirit guides are. You just have meditate and let them know you are willing to know them. I got angels and my granpa with me.

I had a hard time first picturing my spirit guide, but we began talking almost instantly. I knew it was a female, and I told her I was sorry that I could not see what she looked like. She told me that she appeared however I imagined her to appear. It was then that I saw her; she was tall and beautiful, with long, flowing silver/white hair. She was like the human form of a star, with a long, flowing white dress. I immediately began asking her questions, then I apologized and told her I was just so curious. She told me that I have always been like that, always asking questions, and that I should never stop. She was very calm and quiet at first, and I made her laugh quite a lot, and then she began to open up more, and I realised she talked just as much as I do. She told me that her I are one, and that it is our souls combined that have helped me become who I am today. When I asked her about setting a time to meet again, she told me that we would see each other again when the time was right. She would let me know when we were meant to meet again in my human consciousness, but she is always with me in the broader scheme of things. When I looked around, I realized there was other beings there around us, and my spirit guide told me that these were my other guides. Each of them are rooted in separate parts of my body, but she is my main guide rooted in my soul and heart. This was such a wild experience.

I went into this thinking I wouldn't see or experience much of anything considering my current state of mind and not even 30 minutes in I seen the face of a three eyed elephant adored with jewelry staring right at me

This experience was absolutely mindblowing. I spoke with my guides. i could feel their presence mentally and physically. thank you so much

I listen to this every night so I can meet with my guides. They show me the ways I should go. I feel every night as if I've transcended my body's limitations for a little bit.

I swear my spirit guide spends most of the day knocking stuff out of my hands .. Just to laugh at me cuz he knows I cant see it.

My spirit animal was a chair, he had a mouth and eyes. The eyes were bloodshot and scary. I wanted to wake up and couldn't. But then he started talking about getting stoned. Turned out he was high asf and then shared blunts together. He was cool asf. Too bad every time I meditate it's a different fucker. I want the chair dude back.

this meditation led me to a spirit named arial or (ariel) who appeared as a butterfly while I was in a beautiful garden! He answered some questions and gave me more insights into what I need to work on. He said that I could connect with him in nature and that he would help get me some information on plants and herbs for healing! now after the mediation I googled the name and discovered that there is an archangel Arial that is in charge of nature and healing it was a crazy synchronicity! This guy is amazing. I have listened this video with an open mind four times now, and 4/4 times I have had a lucid dream where I can fly. I have met my spirit guide in these videos, though I can’t always see him/her. I am amazed as no one has ever been able to successfully hypnotize me until now. Thank you so much, Joe T!!

I met my spirit guides. Well, one for sure. The other two hid their faces, and told me they would reveal in time bc they didn’t want to overwhelm me with too much information too soon. They were two males, one was Tomas and the other I’m not sure. I met with Penelope. I couldn’t see her face well, but she had a long white gown, and long brown hair. She had beautiful soft hands that she used to comfort me. It started in a cave. I was swimming in a pool of water in this cave but I felt that it was on another planet. I sensed them there, and said Hello? And my voice echoed off the walls of the cave. She was to my left but I couldn’t see her. I remember hugging all of them at once but it was like I was hugging one person but I could feel them each individually. It was so strange. Then, she took my hand and brought me to some castle. I asked where we were and she said “The Celestial Kingdom. Everything is celestial in this realm.” I didn’t really know what that meant. It was nighttime but light shine through. I knew that light was God. We sat down in a couple benches inside this cathedral type place. The two other beings stood a distance away while I talked with Penelope. I asked to see their faces and they said no, I wasn’t ready. I remember I started crying bc I thought back to the time when I felt so alone. It was a dark time in my life and then I was a believer. But I prayed every day to receive comfort and felt nothing. After a year, I decided there was no god and I was talking to nothing. I cried and asked her why they didn’t come when I needed them the most. She wiped away my tears and told me that they were always there. They’ve always loved me. But I was always in my head. “When you’re in your head, you cannot hear what we have to say. You have to first calm your mind (she touched my forehead) and your heart (she touched my center) so you can listen. Then she told me, “I am you and you are me. Collectively we all are God. There are no mistakes. Everything is as it should be.” Then I felt peace overcome me. We communicated everything telepathically once I realized I didn’t have to talk. I asked if I could see grandma, she told me it wasn’t the time. I said, “Time doesn’t exist here in this realm” and she smiled and said, “no, but it does on Earth and it isn’t the right time yet there.” I know my grandma has Alzheimer’s and I told her to tell her that I loved her and I was coming to see her. She said they would give her the message but she already knows. Her spirit knows even if her mind isn’t there. Her spirit has been to that realm already. I asked what is my purpose? She said, “To help others find their way back to the light. You will be a teacher of the light and you will touch many lives.” I thanked them and told them I would return soon. They were right. It was a lot to take in. I’m glad they didn’t reveal anymore than that. It’s so much to process.

Just did this and my vibration was so high I felt like I was floating. Things began to get lighter and lighter and I got scared and opened my eyes.

while I was listening to this and meditating, I felt vibrations all over my body and my body started to get harder and it felt like someone is pushing me out of my body. Then I stopped meditating and I felt extremely fresh and my head felt very light and my mood felt extremely positive.

Did anyone else feel an overwhelming sensation of love and comfort and support... so much so that tears filled your eyes and your heart fluttered? It felt like my soul and central being was being embraced by a beautiful presence of light and understanding... wow.

When you open yourself to conjuring a spirit guide without protecting yourself first, you could potentially let in a lower vibration energy instead of your spirit guide....... be warned

I've done a lot of these before its been a few years since I've done one. This one scared me. I was slightly asleep. Once I heard your spirit guide will join me. I felt this strong vibration, and some spirit was trying to enter through my mouth and nose. This wasn't my spirit guide. I could feel my body shaking. I kept thinking Aztec native American lots of dirt. Then some markings appeared on the ceiling. It was some message but it was from a different time period. I forced myself up. This spirit took my breath away. It was hard to force myself up. I was fine with the meditation,and I received a few answers before it said your spirit will join you. I thought join me, would be next to me. Not inside of me. Appear in my mind, not inside of me. You have to be careful with spirits. Or at least remind the conscious not to let anything in.

I started crying when I met my spirit guide listening to this. She doesn’t mind if I tell you about her. Her name is Bianca and when she first approached me she was a beautiful snow leopard but once I was talking to her she was this stunning lady with red hair and grey eyes. Her favourite thing to do is read and she really enjoys the acting that I do. I’m thrilled. Thank you for helping me find her.

Thanks so much, Mr. Treacy. Takes some practice and I finally embraced the session without fear or expectations. No figure or form appeared, but magnificent colors and swirling lights Neither awake nor asleep as I could still hear my husband's snores. Hands touched me and I was spinning, flying over magnificent worlds and cities. There was no spoken word, just thought. An immense sea of glittering gems stretched before me. The thought relayed this is love, more powerful and far reaching than is recognized, understood or imagined. A little over an hour and my eyes opened. Thanks again!

This was amazing, totally relaxing. but after 22 minutes i was ready to stop. i felt blocked in finding my guide. i was trying to picture the guide or feel the connection. i'll try again. Very nice.

This is how I met my spirit guide, oof! So it started and I was just on a beach, then I saw a dolphin in the water very close to land. So I go and ask it it's my guide or anything and it said yes. So I ask it "Do you have any advice for me?" And she says "Stick by the ocean." And as shes telling me where I could find her, this bear comes up yelling not to listen to the dolphin, and for a second, the dolphin's eyes go red, so I hop out of the water and as the dolphin and bear are arguing back and forth this grass snake comes up to me and says " Choose your fate..." then disappears. So then the audio I'm listening to so I can meet my spirit guide tells me that I can tell them to leave and so I did. Then maybe around 2 minutes later it says that my guide has been with me my whole life then everything changed. My surroundings were like a blank space, like an endless glass floor. And as I'm looking around, Te (My step mom that's been dead for 5 years) just decides to show up to the party. So as "dream me" (bc the whole thing is like a state of self hypnosis) is crying my eyes out. And so I ask if shes my spirit guide. She says "no, but she is." And she points behind me and Nanny (shes been dead for 2 years) is there! So I'm bawling and freaking out and just absolutely losing it. So I go to talk to Nanny, I asked her where music would take me and she said "stick to it and you'll go far." So that'd pretty promising if I do say so myself. And we just start catching up on things and she just says. "Oh, and that new boyfriend of yours, Max right?" And so I'm not only losing it, but now Im a lil confused but it was fine at this point. So then she goes. " Tell him I said he's a keeper." Now I'm trying to hold in a laugh, I tell her I will and then she says back to me " That Cole kid though, him I hope you only stay friends with. He's something else." So I tell her hows he's surprisingly a really good friend and with her sassy self goes "Why do you think I said stay friends silly?" She told me after that she had to go and to either eat a cookie or craft/draw something right before bed and think of her when I'm falling asleep if I wanted to contact her again. Te hugs me and says she loves me one more time before they both fade away and I wake up.

I love this particular meditation. I've done a lot of them. your voice is perfect for me, others are irritating. I've had a couple experiences (minor) but I understand that it takes time and several journeys. I plan to do this particular meditation every night for awhile. Thank you joe!

What to expect: -Your talking mind seems to stop working - Your senses enhance - You forget you are listening to this - You forget how your body feels - You forget you're breating, probably you think you're not breahting, which can't happen, so don't worry, this is one of the last steps before deep meditation. - You forget about your body completely, now it's all about feeling, and there are no barriers. - "Being more relaxed" isn't a thing now, because you forget what's the opposite of relaxation, but don't try to find it, because you'll easily get out of deep meditation.

My Spirit guide is loving, generous, giving, and strict, very righteous!

When he was counting down from 5 to 1 in the beginning to go deeper into relaxation by every count I felt such a powerful trance wow! I was very strongly connected to the universe and I could feel the energy through my body, it was unreal!

So beautiful! Was able to enjoy 48 mins of this and received everything i needed, brought me to tears when i connected with them and heard what they had to say. Thank you❤️

Got about 35 minutes in was communicating with my guide. I was getting waves of intense chills and insight then my dog brought me out of my trance. He was staring at the corner of my room and he wouldn't stop whining and wagging his tail then crawled in my bed.

My spirit guide was the light. I kept seeing vibratory frequencies manifesting into energies. I guess this is universal, the light will always guide you. I had a misfortune of not meditating consciously for about 35 years... Thank you for making my comeback to it so natural and easy. My third eye, though it still does need to be worked on, has shown its power over enlightening my path in the present, future and past, and trough your hipnotic voice has affirmed and reasured me of who or what my true guide is. The One... The Unity. ... I do like the hint of other guides too. The One can and will point to those... Great work! Thank you!

This came on while we were sleeping last night. I think we’ve started with it before but this is the first time I remember anything. When it gets to the part about your guide touching you it says something about animals and rubbing the face/head or scratching your back. I had to go back when I woke up and listen again because I couldn’t fully remember that part. But what I did/do remember and what woke me up was the feeling of what I imagined as an angel’s wings flapping/tapping my back. I heard the swoosh and felt the tapping. So much so that when my husband woke me up I asked him if he’d rubbed my back before he woke up. He hadn’t. I also remember the name Tom. We turn on a meditation every night and just let RU-vid circle through. This is the most memorable experience I’ve had to date with listening to guided meditations whether awake or asleep. Except the number 284 a few nights ago. I wish I could remember better. I’ve found myself lately saying “unless I dreamed it” when telling someone something. Like I think this or that happened or he or she said this or that. I need to figure out how remember better!!!

When it came to my safe place it was a school classroom I'd never seen before then suddenly I was rushing flying out across the world, over mountains, down streets, over so many different place seeing hundreds of peoples faces, when I asked a name I saw hundreds of names typed in my minds eye and disappeared even faster then each appeared. I asked if my spirit guide was near at all and I felt the most loving energy touch my cheek and remained there for ages such a beautiful loving feeling in my cheek. Then I saw pure white followed by a stunning gold energy in my minds eye. I'm not sure if it means we are energy beings and you can chose our name or face or my spirit guide just wanted to remind me we are all connected to each other and all having our own lessons. I've listened to this about 3 times now & I fall asleep every single time. I dont remember anything, but I wake up feeling very positive & light. My husband even mentioned that my aura was different. It's very relaxing. Next time I'll try to find my spirit guides for real.

I’m reluctant to comment on videos like this just because RU-vid is filled with so much conflict for no reason but I thought I would still share my experience 😊 With my eyes closed I began to see green light surrounding my vision. The black in the middle faded to a sky blue and the green light became tree tops. I could almost feel the breeze and hear birds chirping, almost. I look down and from the woods there is a deer watching me. A very large deer, with pretty impressive antlers. A few of the stems? Are chipped or broken off. As he walks toward me he takes the form of a tall and racially ambiguous man with long black hair. We sit and talk. He gave me his name but I got so deep in the trance I feel asleep and forgot all the details after, including his name. My body jerked, and I asked him to go and I thanked him for his time and told him I would like to see him again. So yeah, that’s what happened to me

Found this meditation relaxing and then fell asleep. Woke up feeling good.

Thank you, This is the 2nd time in 3 days I've finally found the right meditation music which has allowed me to meditate for the 1st time since I left Ontario Canada in 2011.

24 mins in and I chickened out. I started to feel a presence.. didn't know if it was good or bad. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow...

I put this on and literally 5 minutes after I got comfortable I started to drift off, my body became fully numb, my hands felt like they no longer existed, and as I was looking into the darkens in my mind, a box appeared, and in the box was my dreams, the box slowly began to grow bigger and bigger until I was fully immersed into my dream. It was incredible, never had something happen so fast, love the video, keep up the amazing work.

This is the only guided meditation that has ever done ANYTHING for me. I literally felt like I was MELTING into it. Unfortunately, I was interrupted so many times I wasn't able to finish. Listened to this this morning, ended up being in a dream, I was examining this old stool for polishing shoes. I remember saying how much energy I feel from the stool. Right away my whole body started vibrating (felt like what happens before sleep paralysis). When I realized what was happening I strengthened the vibration and shot into the universe. Thank you for connecting me to the spirit, I now this because I felt weak a quarter of the way through the meditation. I did get a name, his name was Bob. I felt listened too. Responses were sporadic and felt. This is the first time I had success with meditation. Thanks for helping me to communicate better with my spirit guide and how to encourage more times and closeness with them. For I pray all the time and my prayers are answered for those I pray for.......... but I feel that my self love needs more attention. After reading these comments I was terrified. Evil beings or energies have always been my biggest fear in life since I was 7 years old. My first time doing this I felt a brightness, warmth, and peace but the moment he mentioned the part about telling those beings to go away was the moment I became consumed with that deep fear and discomfort. So I prepared myself and tried it again. I have not been this terrified in years, but I did it again. I have not yet met my spirit guide but I was able to face that fear I have by focusing on feeling the strength and good emotions inside of me. It helped me a lot.

Great hypnosis Joe T - When i asked my guides name, I heard David. After the meditation I decided to search 'David'. The story of David and Goliath came up, stating: "the story of David and Goliath is a lesson of courage, faith and overcoming what seems impossible". This was a great support for my questions, which were about how to handle the pressure and bullying I've been experiencing from an older work colleague.

I didn't tell my husband the topic of this meditation video when I played it last night... First, he was surrounded by strangers and then was greeted by a familiar St. Bernard & automatically knew his name! He said he had an intense love for this dog. I used a different video the day before & heard, in my mind, my guide's name.

I tried it last night and saw a native American Indian man with a wolf. I didn't get any names though then they disappeared. Not even my spirit guide wants to deal with me.

I remember at one point knowing that I was receiving very important information and my body being flooded with white light. While it was coursing through my body I knew I the information would be important moving forward in my life. At another point I felt a surge of energy sent straight to my sacral chakra as though it was being cleansed. I don’t remember too much else because the entire experience was overflowing with love and safety but those were definitely highlights of it!

Beautiful. Thank you. I really enjoyed this. Mine was a lion like the lion in Narnia. He cones in this form to me but is really a shaman teacher of mine. When i asked to touch him it was like petting a lion inside a Monrt painting. Very surreal colors and all. The waves of light in his hair. The iridencense and feeling of light through my ethereal fingers. And so much more. Wow. I feel so deeply blessed from this interaction. 🙏💗 I look forward to more visits. 😍 .

Okay...no BS...I met TWO of my spirit guides in a dream after falling asleep listening to this. Both males, one dark skinned & one fair skinned. Dark skinned guide was wearing yellow. Fair skinned guide was wearing beige/white. When I woke up I KNEW I had meet my guides. Thank you.

Since I already have an alter for my spirit guide therefore I was easily able to connect instantly to my spirit guide and feel the vibrations and good energy coming from my alter and the warmth tingley sensation in my body as we connected . I had many visions the feeling was as if I was going into an out of body experience. Real lucid and incredible feeling almost inexplainable. I've done it twice already really looking forward for a third session tonight.

I did not manage to meet anything that fit your description of a guide but I listened through the entirety of the video and it was very relaxing. Appreciate you making this despite my failure. By the end my head felt like it weighed 20-30 pounds when I finally tried to move.

One of my spirit animals is a unicorn I was told this by a psychic medium and the unicorn came to me and we spoke telepathically ! My second attempt at this video as I panicked the first time. I had an out of body experience where I was floating above my bed then flew backwards at a steady pace through my wall then through London at night, then through clouds then things started to go bright and yellow and I pulled myself out of it. I could actually feel the air whilst flying and hear it whooshing past me. It was an amazing experience. I am going to try again. I had a very vivid dream before the flying. Thank you Joe T

im so confused. mine didnt talk. i was floating in a world that flet had zero gravity. i was flipping around flying, just casually playing around. then a fish flew past me. mulitple times. almost hitting my face. i eventually stopped the fish and talked to it asked for it to trust me. it wouldnt respond to questions i asked verbally, but if i gave it a task it would do it. for example i grabbed onto its mouth and it swam at supper fast speeds with me. trying to take me to a place. then after a while i said i want to show you something, we then went above sea level and started walking on air (the fish was basically flying in the air) then once i got up really high i jumped down back into the water with the fish. and we went back and forth doing this. he would take me swimming super fast and i would take him flying. eventually we stopped and the fish rubbed against me like a cat would when i asked it to be my friend. guys i love this fish and i dont even know what it is. it wouldn't repsond to my questions, like it just wanted to play and i did too but it was weird.

Those who are having issues reaching or connecting with you animal spirit guides I can provide you with a few great tips to help you. 1. Relax and breathe slowly to slow your thoughts. 2. Listen to your surroundings. 3. Once you have found the sound that speaks the loudest to you follow it. 4.if you at anytime feel like you are walking in circles go back to step 1 and once your thoughts are slowed down again go back to step 3. 5. If you wake up remember where you were for the next time you search for your spirit animal. I hope this helps.

When I put this on I get to visit my dog Wooly Bear again I miss him so much he's always in my subconscious even after 4 years of him missing. I also had met a magnificent stag that was almost magical like a mythical or legendary creature the first time using this. The beating drums help alot for sleep meditation. I’m confused. I was really interested in this meditation but I also had my doubts. Around 30 to 40 minutes in I saw multiple beings. Three of them were my dogs and one was my current boyfriend and another was my grandmother, she isn’t dead and neither is my boyfriend, and then I saw my aunt whom I loved And respected the most. The dogs were put down for health reasons and those dogs were my best friends. I cried? But I was OK, I was safe and I felt welcomed, but we didn’t talk much. All I said was that I love them and miss them and told them I was sorry. I asked them if I was OK but they didn’t answer. They just kept staring at me. But there was someone else, someone crawling at the back of my head. I couldn’t contact them and it was like they didn’t want to be contacted. I felt like I was being blocked. It was a man, he was tall, lanky, and dark. I wasn’t scared of this man. I wanted to know who he was but it felt like he didn’t want to tell me, he never said anything and didn’t answer my questions. I want to know who he is and why he’s there. But there was one thing that I knew about him, he was the main spirit guide the rest were… I don’t know…

I have had lots of back surgeries and a double knee replacement. I felt no pain for the first time in a long time and it's been several hours and still feel no pain. The dream was super Vivid. So crazy... To much to write in a comment. Thank you!!

I’m not quite sure what my spirit guide looks like but I’ve been in contact with her before, I believe I have different spirit guides that serve different purposes and I believe I will meet these other ones as I get older, and that I’m not the only child they guide, this video helped me a lot I was feeling very sick all day and it helped me calm down from that and a lot of other potent emotional things that have been going on, my spirit guide also helped me grow a stronger appreciation for my boyfriend, definitely going to be subscribing!

It's funny... I've been trying for years to "Meet" my spirit guide again... and I remember one dream that I had of him about 3 years ago... And kept trying and trying and trying after that... I just want to talk to him, but can never seem to... And that's completely alright... But finally today after doing this... I tried to meet my guides once before at a palace but was met by negative things that were not my guides but as i was slowly bringing myself back she showed me signs then I stumbled across this video and i knew it was going to work, i met my first guide and she was the most beautiful loving caring bright being and I instantly felt loved and safe when i was with her and when she presented herself it was mother nature, i could not make out any facial features but she had a beautiful energy around her so bright it was amazing and as we talked I realized i had met her many times before and she talks to me in times of need but this is the first time i have been able to sit with her and gaze at her then she showed me lua (lua is a giant grey wolf spirit that has been with me for some time she follows and protects me but also shows me many things) she sent me lua a while ago during a deep meditation (i am an empath and can feel energies so strongly that i can see their being) lua sat beside me while i talked to mother nature and later during our conversation another guide named Lisa presented herself she floated off the ground a little and had beautiful white angelic wings with golden and white Clothing and starting from the top of her chest and in front of Where her neck and face would be was a mirror, she told me she is the beauty in me and we all talked for a while and during the last moments of the session my alarm for work went off pulling me out of the hypnosis but i was still connected with them and i can get the the room we were in by climbing up the nebula with the white portal like entrance at the top, this was truly amazing thank you for this video
