I’ve been doing some sleep meditations for some time now. I have to say not all of them on utube are healthy or good for you. However I have to say that Sarah’s work is excellent. She builds in protection and her work is based around someone’s highest good. Thank you Sarah for your work, I’ve been to some very dark places with other meditations, but I feel completely safe with yours. Thank you for sharing your work and caring about people, genuinely. 👍🏻😘

Im fairly new to this and I was wondering what is meant by unhealthy sleep meditations? I wouldn't know what to look for as a Warning Sign that a site wasn't good. I have a lot of chronic pain plus a couple of fractures in my spine so I need a little help to sleep and I love the whole concept of having Angels and Guides!💖💕💓

That’s awful, praying for your recovery. I always set the intention that the meditation is for my highest good and ask archangel Micheal for protection. I think the difference between Sarah and other sites is that she builds in protection into her meditations. When you are asleep you don’t know if someone is putting thoughts into your head, that maybe not in your best interests. I was using some other sleep meditations and had terrible dreams and woke up feeling fearful which I don’t get with Sarah’s work. Each to his own, wishing you all the best. Steve Nobel is another good site, but Sarah’s work is very gentle to start off with 😘

@Tricia Perry Christ was a martyr, not a savior. He was murdered for Teaching Humanity about who and what they really are. He was assassinated much in the same Way Kennedy was. In fact it is the same forces or fallen Ones that perpetrated both events. All IS part of the Sacred blueprint though. As Source has a plan for Us All that serves the Greater Good.

I didn’t not find Him in church, nor was I taught by clergy. He lives and is very much alive. If you believe in Him, He reveals Himself to you. Perhaps you should meditate on it. Feel into a sleep almost immediately. Certain things in my dream are very vivid. I was back in a town that I lived in 7 years ago. When I left I swore I’d never go back as that place never felt like home. In the dream I moved back into a home that I had been forced to leave. In the dream someone was telling me that paperwork was found saying I did actually own the house. I saw a small airplane that kept flying over my head and was coming after me and I was terrified. I saw a big shiny red pickup truck. It had a note taped to the drivers door but I was afraid of reading the note. I knew it was my husband’s truck and I was afraid the note was saying goodbye so I didn’t want to read it. At the end I saw myself standing next to the edge of a lake. I felt very upset and thought of jumping in but I don’t swim. Bits and pieces of this dream are still coming through. Thank you for this meditation!

I felt the love with three of my guides. They made me feel loved and protected. I'm in a relationship that I know I must leave, and I now know im not alone, and my guides are with me and only want me to be happy. Thank you so much Sarah, you really did help me and connecting with my guides. I'm going to do another one now with meeting mother nature and hope I get more messages. thank you for this guided meditation, this is my first time ever watching your videos, and during my meditation i met an angel with really big wings and i couldn’t see the face because their light was so bright, and the sun was so bright. but the color i saw from this angel was like a golden yellow it was absolutely beautiful. i didn’t get to ask any questions because i was so stunned. can anyone help me figure out what angel is associated with yellow?

Try conveying it with your mind. Your brain may be aware of sleep paralysis perhaps? It's nothing to be concerned with. This is what I feel when I enter lucid dreaming. I focus on my dream body if that helps? Or just transmit the message. Try again and see if that helps. :) Yellow is associated with the solar plexus chakra: personal power, adult and child combined, whole self. Does that resonate for you? Also, symbology can be personal, let yourself relax or meditate and write down what yellow means to you. Peace, Sarah

I meet a heavenly face but was not able to talk, I was frozen in amazement, then an Indian chief replaced the face but I still was frozen in a lighted safe tunnel. I have been trying to get back there but it seems to be gone. Can you help?

Its hard for me to let my mind slow.. I have a very small attention span and my mind is always wandering. But when i finally let my mind at ease i seen lights swirling i seen a beach and trees than i seen a tiger walking up to me than a purple being that ran up to me and scared the heck out of me. I seen a smiling woman with blond hair she didnt say anything she just sat there smiling at me i also seen a beautiful African woman she was smiling at me as well she didnt say anything either. Than I heard the name Lou... I didn't see him but i could hear him talking but i couldn't understand what he was saying. It was like he was too far away. I seen another blond woman and i think i heard a baby. I also seen an angel though i couldn't see the face i just seen their light and wings.. Now that I am up I feel a connection with Lou.... I wish I could understand what he was saying....

I must be doing something wrong. I keep falling asleep during the “relax everything” stage and wake up around the “say goodbye to the bird”, and I’m wondering what bird, what garden etc. no memory or dream in between.

It's subliminal. Take it for what it is. You sleep well don't you? Your subconscious mind is absorbing it. Just trust. It happens to me every night but I feel so refreshed in the morning. Give it a chance. Sounds like you need the deep rest. Just go with it.i do. The deep breathing gets me everytime. You're not alone. It's the subliminal messsges that make a difference. Give it a shot.

Try to be calm before meditation. Ask your spirit guides to help calm you down. Don’t go in with tension. Relax and go in w an open mind not forcing thoughts. Ask for only great loving messages. Keep practicing you’ll get there. Be calm💕💕

Not every technique is for every person... thank goodness there are such an abundance to try! I suggest researching meditation techniques, not simply “guided”... Buddhist, Bon, transcendental just to name a few.... ✌🏻

You have to be open and mindful of them/him/her. You can’t have doubts, truly believe deep down on a soul level. I recommend listening to some philosophers and physicists lectures to give some insight on spirituality and souls. For me it was impossible but since then I have had some insight. Which opened my heart to accept. I was trying to force myself for 10 years. Brother, they want to let you know they love you and to never be discouraged. Please, before trying to connect with your guides try and get actual knowledge of who they and we are so that your mind can be at ease trying to figure things out. Our c consciousness is blocking and limiting our abilities to grow and know the truth because of doubts and what society says we should think. We are meant to be so much more! Go! Start your life of awakening! It’s the most beautiful thing. 💜

I just tried and had a very negative energy I know it could not be what I was looking for I fought my way out... help what am I doing wrong?

There is no light without darkness. Negative energy might mean you have some supressed emotions, and they started ressurfacing. Only way out, is to go through it. I believe in you.
