That is Interesting I shall keep this in mind as well as the Video On mine the synchronizer rings have been replaced before I bought my i30N (I am the 2nd Owner,Hopefully last) But my 1st and 2nd gears stick quite a lot,so I believe it could be these cable that need adjusting.
@@swaggydude31 thanks mate! Some of the earlier gen models did have some issues with the synchro on 5th and 6th, but there’s a good chance some of those were misdiagnosed. This is a much easier first step which will resolve the issue for many. If gear shift issue still persists after, then it warrants a further look.
