@@Vincent-ld4uz The distance of a car varies depending on the driving habits of the driver. The car with another driver had a range of 340 km. If you want a high-performance car to go far, you have to use eco mode.

Thanks for doing the range test, I believe this is the only review online that is looking at the range for the N model. For me personally, besides the performance which can be found in all other reviews is important, but I find the consumption as important as the performance. I am surprised that with such ideal conditions, how thirsty the car is. Based on the consumption, I think I will skip the N and go for the dual motor N line. Still thinking about it. Thanks a lot for doing something different compared to all of the other Ioniq 5 N videos that got released recently ❤

Sure, consumption is secondary with this type of car. Nevertheless it's nice to see what we have to expect from high performance EVs. One might be under the false impression they could be just as efficient as the base version

Regarding the range, go for the regular Ioniq5 PE if the range matters. It now has 600km range per charging. But I want Ioniq5N so bad.

when you are out for a track focused performance car, range/efficiency isn't what you are looking for. its lap time. but you can get more range out of it. just swap its wide sticky performance tyres with skinny non sticky regular tyres. but treat the throttle very gently, bc you traded in efficiency for grip

Kris, Maybe give this one another shot. I've taken a few road trips now, and my range going eco mode all the way and keeping a reasonable speed for most of it seems to be 350-380km. I came from a P2 Performance and get noticeably better range/efficiency in ALL scenarios, whereas you have them identical. Thanks for the reviews!

Hello Kris, everyone, Perhaps trying to make a range test with the possibility of selectionning only one motor (example:the front motor of 166kW) in the menu would possibly decrease the comsuption???Interesting to verify for substantial buyers about this exclusive car...Thank you for the video

As with so many current EV's the range is frankly not acceptable for a worry free main car experience. People really should forget about spring/summer figures and think what will happen in cold winter weather. I'm waiting to see how the new Audi Q6 E-tron fairs in the range department.....fingers crossed it will set new standards. Background music ....not a good idea.

Actually I think it ought to be possible even with these powerful EV's to be able to drive them in some kind of super ECO mode that limits the power down from 600 to around 200 thereby providing vastly increased range.....this is something you certainly couldn't do with a petrol thirsty powerhouse V12 !!..🙂@@UgglemannenFTW

@@Sheldon42 «hey guys” or “guys” is an informal way of addressing a group of people in a gender neutral way. There is nothing wrong or especially youthful about this expressing. After almost 20 million views on this platform, you’re the first to complain. That’s says it all really. So you may want to take a look in the mirror before telling others what, and what not to do. Renown Astrophysics Neil deGrasse Tyson uses “guys” all the time. If it’s good enough for him, it’s good enough for me.

Guess how many top youtube channels, dealing with tech and cars use "guys"? Well, none. Mrwhostheboss is a fine example, you should adress people in a fun, non formal way, but still respectful. You said "guys" what, 100+ times in the video. Think about it.
