Man I wish I just searched it up and saw this video first, I was messing around with it because I dropped my card and now it's cracked on the cup holder side. It's still one piece but now it's a constant reminder to always look up on yt first before messing around

Thanks! Excercised the caution you advised, and removed it without breaking. Used two screwdrivers which may have made it easier

Thank you! This saved me today after a check fell into the area in between the open cup holder lid and the brake. I was able to use two screw drivers and it worked.

(Hyundai azera 2013) For anyone else who just dropped a coin into the door hinge and jammed it like I did 5 minutes ago, I just used a machete to slip in between and grab the coin while simultaneously gently pushing on the door to close it. The dime popped out easily. Glad I didnt have to take anything apart lol
