Wow I’m seeing this video now and filed back in august. A tad bit skeptical now , however because i was born in the country where my spouse resides, we just opened a joint bank account and leased an apartment in both our names. I did not change much on my end here in the US. Hope this will suffice.

Или они и так мне назначат собеседование в Гватемале, потому что это место моего фактического проживания? Have not been filling any tax forms and by both sons also received their American passport recently through USA embassy in Turkey. Can you please guide me what proof of financial support I can submit to NVC? We already have filled out form I130 and he has been approved. Now we are in the process of NVC. I really appreciate it if you share any info you have regarding our case which I know it is a rare case.
hi, if my spouse is in Thailand, and Im in states, i have filed I 130 to USCIS, and my online site says devision in 3 weeks. Where will the 485 be paid and sent to? USCIS? NVC? or my spouse has to pay in Embassy in Bangkok. Im lost, USCIS sites dont say where go pay or send, only how to fill out.

Just one small question mam We know like we can apply for Naturalization after 3 years as PR if you marry to us citizen Does that mean we’re eligible to apply after 2 years and 9 months ??? On uscis website says you can apply before 90 days Or that 90 days apply only for 5 year rule like 4 years and 9 months ??? Thank you.

My mother can’t find my birth certificate (born abroad) I sent a request for one paid and everything and haven’t received it in the mail and it’s been over 8 weeks. Should I still apply for my husband without it or will it be denied?
