I got my payment receipt from USCIS and after waiting for a year they returned my documents on the grounds that my payment method was incorrect. What does this payment receipt mean? I am really helpless! Similarly, the numbers in the fifth part of the fourth page are still wrong！

That's not surprising at all. Has anybody figured out how tf we're supposed to fill this out? I'm just gonna print it, fill it out by hand, then scan it back to a PDF for uploading. If anyone else has a better idea, please share.

What if your tax returns are of money you made while living abroad? I am self emplyoed and make above the 125%. I have 3 tax returns of income made abroad and one year of income made in the US (2020). I am a Personal Trainer and most of my income is checks or cash.

Please tell me what you did then. I also live abroad and went for consular processing. I dont earn. My husband does but abroad. I only have IRS certified 'verification of non filing' and 'wage and income transcript' which verifies zero income and zero tax returns. My husband who i am sponsoring pays taxes in our home country. What is correct then? US address of petitioner or foreign address of the beneficiary?

If your spouse is already in USA and you live together, you will enter your address. If s/he is in foreign country, then you enter foreign address.

I filed I 130 For my Wife and my 3years old daughter, And am currently on the process of filling the I 864 form for both,, do I add my daughter's information on my wife I 864 form on part 3 number 4a?..Or do I just great a separate form I 864 for my daughter??.. And also, my wife just put to birth a baby boy 3months ago after her I 130 was summited-- approved...

Chimaobi Ukachukwu if you are citizen you have to do separate petition for each family member, as well as I 864 or I 485.

Christopher Holland , so this is the back story in a nut shell, I filled out the form I 134 for k1/K2 visa exactly like they the USCIS website claims, 100% air tight application with all the papers 54k a year in disability from VA/ssdi, over 300k assets retire bank acct etc. fiancé goes up for the interview and consulate in Manila hands her back the papers, says she needs a 1040 tax record 2018 with a g221 refusal letter. So oh ok will just send in to them, so did, the consulate saw that I had like no income Bc they did not take the time at interview to look my papers over. So a second g221 refusal letter asking for a form I 864, so bottom line is you have to spell it out for most of the people that work there, I send in the I 864 form and a letter explaining in the simplest way so a 5 yrs old could understand it in a professional manner of course saying I’m disabled , income is tax free with prove that was there all a long. So approved, I made sure letter was on top so they can see it first. I am writing the USCIS to try to have them make a spot on their form for tax free income to save us all a lot of pain.. Oh and btw, you don’t what to get caught up in the g221 black hole, this is a case of don’t call us we we call you, may tomorrow or next year, oh and if you bug us next year.. disclaimer I’m not an attorney this statement is what worked for me yours cases may differ from mine.

It depends sometimes assists are enough. But if you complete the I/864A it can help for sure.

Since you are the primary sponsor for your parents and your income is sufficient to meet the financial requirements, you will need to file Form I-864, Affidavit of Support. This form is used by the primary sponsor to demonstrate that they have the financial ability to support the intending immigrants. Your husband is not required to sign Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, since his income is not being used to meet the financial requirements. However, you will need to include your husband's income on your joint tax return when you file it, as it will be used to calculate your combined income.
