Good day Abhisha. I'm tying to file the I-864 form as the sponsor due to the fact that my wife who is a US citizen with no income. We have received the Welcome letter from NVC for her son who is not my step-son. So my questions are as follows. On Part1: I use my name correct? I select 1d. and chose second of two joint sponsors. Correct? Part 3: I select (Yes) Correct? I don't need to add my wife on the below Family Member Information since she is living in the US. Correct? Part 4: 1a.-c: Do I put my wife's information in this area? And our mailing info? And under Other Information: 5 Her information. Correct? Part 6 would be my income information. Correct? Part 23a. I answer (Yes) and provide my 2020 Income Tax return. Correct? Thank you for your help. V/R Keith

Ok, I have a unique situation. My parents and I live on the same property, in separate houses(right next to each other). They are co-signing my immigration for my spouse, so would we use a separate joint sponsor or could we claim the same household since we live on the same property 🤔 They own the property that my house is on. My house is still legally in their name.

Please I have some questions about the Form I-864 about Part 6, Question 24a My most recent total income is less than the 125% of the poverty guideline but on Part 6, Question 7 "My current Annual Household Income" individual would be enough to sponsor the incoming immigrant for which I am sponsoring, does that mean I'm still required to involve a joint sponsor or am I ok to depend on my own annual income? Do I need to submit I-864/A/EZ. There was no affidavit of support fee asked by NVC on the CEAC website. Help will be appreciated.

My cousin who lives in the same house as my mum is willing to sponsor. But my cousin is not in any way dependent of my mum. How do I categorize my cousin? I got married in 2020. My spouse is in abroad. I did my tax return file as a married jointly. I submitted i864 EZ to NVC. My own earnings is enough. I have provided my w2 as well. Question is - since i did my tax file married and jointly, will that be a problem?

I already paid the fee for my kids, however I already sent the copy of their marriage certificate in pdf but the system is still checking, so I’m not able to pay the fee tot them yet. I don't qualify as a sponsor since I don't make much money and right now I am not working at all (taking care of two small kids) but my wife is ready to sponsor.
