She works with the guy!! She knows him! Listen, she's taking away healing of your marriage to grow another relationship. She's telling him your secrets, your dreams, you. My husband did the same and I let it go until my marriage slipped away and emotions intensified. He manipulated me with the "my friend" bs. She's keeping you on the back burner because he's unavailable and you are. Walk away now. Set boundaries now. It will be a mess in the end.
