U are correct that other tribes vote in Benin to make up the 59% but same with the central and North who has 15% and 25% respectively. At the end of the day all zones are a compendium of both indigenes and external voters.

Gov Obaseki has constructed approx. 750 km in 7 years and still counting, you guys should learn to get your figure before commenting nonsense.
