He's obviously using some kind of filter, so it's likely. His skin is also smooth to an unnatural degree, and I think a filter is also what's probably making his chin look so strange. He has really light facial hair, and if you look when it's closer, it looks like his beard is melting into his face or something. And if you do a Google search, his modeling photos really don't look like that.
