Hmm...as a 3rd generation entrepreneur, I encourage brick and mortar business establishments as a priority over a RU-vid channel. The main three reasons: 1). Buy the land to build your own brick and mortar restaurant; 2.) Establish your brand and recipes so that there is a chance of franchising the restaurant; and 3). You will have the opportunity to pass the business to your family members so that you can establish generational wealth. This was my time watching your channel. Thanks for reviewing Lo-Lo's. I will be going there next week as a first-timer. Even though, I have been visiting Las Vegas for 43 years.
I’ve seen four business that had to end because the owner expired or became too old and NO ONE from the next two generations wanted to carry on that business! I’ve been told that it was not unusual. They were successful businesses and I really miss those businesses. I could understand if the next generations had good or enjoyable careers already. One was an extremely successful catering service that had years long contracts and relationships with fortune 500 corporations.

I live in Phoenix and I've been to Lolo's many times and thank you for the review. It was very honest and it was very fair and I love you're honesty and openness to supporting this black on business. Amazing ❤❤
Darius, you got to take the food off of the big plates and put it on the smaller plates. The one with the locks was upset at first looking at y'all eat out of the plates. Good video none the less...

I really miss the location on Rainbow and Lake Mead! It was much bigger and the atmosphere was way better! LOL....... still got that music playing super loud!!!!!!
It damn near turned into a club with all the employees being unprofessional dancing twerking taking selfies I went there twice and each time wasn't able to get in was lied to about the weight and was never contacted never again will I even attempt to go 😢
Same thing I was wondering. I also think his ratings influenced their decisions. They seem like minions as opposed to self thinking individuals.🤷🏾♀️ on another note. That one next to him, couldn't get far enough away he almost slid off the bench😀
Btw...I don't disagree with tasting vs giving rating. Recommend everyone put portions on their plates individually and eat everything while hot (for accurate review) then give reviews in order. Sounds like a yummy restaurant!
No offense, but we don’t want to see the other ppl on the team review the food…it dragged. If they do, Darius and the chefs should’ve sampled the food at the same time.
D for sure doesnt hold back on the criticism, lol. Reminds me of the butler in Scary Movie 2 after he digsss in the food. Kareem said where is the fire exit?! 😅 Whew! 😄
last time I was in Vegas, i searched for all the hot spots & didn't find out about LoLo's until I got home & was upset. We have one in Tx so I'm not too upset.
Good review! Just curious as to why the other guys couldn't get their share of the food right away? I like my food fresh and I don't want it sitting! I know you pay for the food @darius but I'm just wondering
My daughter and I ordered the food to our hotel room. We didn’t receive the Kool-Aid. I didn’t see for the shrimp and grits that it included bacon which I no longer eat, and the whole dish was a greasy mess. My daughter got the chicken and waffles and it was not good either. I told her we must’ve gotten a bad Chef, because although these reviews weren’t perfect, some stuff sound like it taste better than what we experienced.
When I go to Las Vegas I will look up Lolo's. I loved the review with the two other chefs. The restaurant looked great but the music was too loud and the tables seemed a little small to me. I feel like they were a bit "low-end" with the dining furniture.
Can’t order online anywhere. You add to the cart and then it tells you “no longer taking orders” AFTER you spent time making selections. Called two days before my birthday to place a catering order and was told I would get a call from the manager as they are the only ones I can order catering through. NEVER got a call, it’s been 3 days and my birthday is gone. Called the day of my birthday 10 minutes after they opened and was told to order on Yelp. Didn’t have the full menu to order from, what’s the point? Unless you are going into the store to eat, they don’t care about you wanting to order PERIOD. Seeing as this is money down the drain for them, let’s see how long they stay open.

Darius, treat your chefs better, with more respect. You can't possibly NOT know this but the chef sitting to your left dislikes you to the point that it's palpable. Maybe bcz you treat them like 2nd class ppl. For example of course you cant put words in their mouths bcz you asked for their opinions.
I ate at Lo Lo’s the other day while visiting Vegas and from beginning to end the customer service is trash and the food is trash. Never EVER again. If you specialize in chicken and waffles and your chicken needs seasoning and waffles are thin and bland what is the point and your over all review was 4 out if 5….hmmmmm. You totally lost me with this review.
The Grapevine location is a NO. Visited for the first time after hearing all the hype and from the time we arrived the experience wasn’t pleasant. 1 1/2 hour wait, took 40 minutes just to get water, the food came out in pieces….for example the sides came out before the meat, the waffles we hands down terrible (thin, no flavor, half of the waffle was light and the other part was dark and was room temp when it came to the table). It was so bad that the manager came to help serve our table. We couldn’t get refills on water……we had 3 different waiters, they were very slow. We ate half the food, left the rest paid out tab and never went back. I wrote a long review and pleaded for management to make some changes to improve.
The chef Kareem in the white t-shirt looks sleepy and tired. I'm not sure if he wanted to be there. And he kept scooting over. He no longer wanted to be on camera😴

I'm a have to go check it out for myself because I can't trust the reviews on this video 😂. Secondly I can't go eating behind another grown man after they done used their own fork for every plate. Don't seem sanitary to me 😂. They might be cooks but not real chefs especially after seeing everyone eating out of the same plate after each other. Cooks not Chefs

I wouldnt suggest it if it hurts YOUR own community. For example, Asians don't go restaurant to restaurant giving their OWN people a bad, poor mediocre rating. That is OFF CODE. Meanwhile they serve dry repetitive food with no creativity but we won't DARE do that to them as "content". 🫣
Very disappointed live here in Vegas every time I go there is always more than a 3-hour wait which is ridiculous because everybody's in their partying and dancing and singing and clowning around instead of just eating and being mindful of the other people that would like to come in and enjoy a meal. Yesterday on January 21st of 2024 we were told it was going to be an hour and a half wait which we agreed we would wait I gave the the girl standing outside taking names and phone numbers to message you when your spot was available after waiting 2 hours I went up to the girl again and she said there was nine parties in front of myself and my daughter a party of two needless to say we went to bonefish grill sit down and ate and never received a text from the restaurant. It is now the next day and I still haven't received the courtesy text to just say I'm sorry will never go there again it's overrated and it's ghetto
