You should watch the show that the Nurse Flipper did on selling empty boxes. It was interesting to see what people would pay for certain boxes.

Those clothes should be high end brands, thinking about the home they lived in. That Lego train set is sweet.

The material with elephant patterns are silk and hand woven in Thailand. The women use them as dresses and usually Thai restaurants in the USA have them on tables underneath a glass/plastic table top.

I like the wooden chopping bowl in that one box, I have one that belonged my grandmother, as well as the chopping blade that goes with it. I'm sure someone will want it!

For a newer build that’s a nice looking home. I would be totally overwhelmed. My spouse and I have more than enough space with our 2 bedroom apartment - and we both work from home! I also thought it would be easier to keep a bigger place clean but I found that wasn’t necessarily the case!

When one of our church matriarch passed at the age of 92; we were allowed to take anything and everything for free before and after it went public. She had the most amazing items and I was honored to have an antique mission glider rocker chair. 💝

Here in San Antonio, there is a store that will take mis-matched Legos and sort them and let you know what is missing. A real service for folks.

I live in Carlisle Cumbria England when my son was younger 8years old he is now 21years old i brought him x10 star wars space ships and figures vintage things 70s for £70.00 worth over £500 he has them up in the loft and won't sell them

That maroon/purple silk bedspread at 14:17 - I’m lying on the exact same thing right now 😮. I bought it in Cambodia and you can find similar designs in Thailand. They make good bedspreads, couch throws or even picnic blankets and cost anywhere from $10-30 new.

I retired as a locksmith and a couple of times I rekeyed large rental homes that were rented bay a drummer for a famous rock band, and another one for the president of a large banking system. Those are the people that will rent million dollar homes.

Dear Taco, while you walked this mansion, my thought was no way jose! Too much to clean!

I decorated one of those really large homes similar to that once and the company rented the property for the family with the stipulation that they would have board meetings and department meetings at his home. So we came And decorated for their Christmas party. They're nanny drove a Mercedes SUV just to Deliver the children to play dates.

The brick cutting boards are speedy and yes those are McMansions.

Keep a few of those dress shirts if they are your size, best to have on hand instead of needing one and have to pay full price. That orange/red material, shawl with the elephants might be expensive, since your Mother knows fabric, run it by her for pricing.

I don't know when you have time to even go through all that stuff, if you are out hunting for things every day. You should take at least one day to go through things every week.

Great scores at the auction. Was hoping you would buy some of those model kits. I have been cleaning my attic out by selling alot of 1960s car model kits on ebay. I'm surprised what they bring!
