Nearly a year ago a mate offered me his Mondeo ST 2.2 TDCi Estate after he replaced it with an E-Class Mercedes. It was a bit battered and had very high mileage, but had also been well cared for mechanically.
Various things got in the way of doing a deal, including the pandemic, but finally a couple of weeks ago we were able to complete the deal.
The MOT had run out during this time so it made collection a little harder, but always being up for a challenge I decided to book it in for an MOT and hope it passed so I could drive the 150 miles home..... otherwise i'd be back on the train!
