This is always interesting to see the mk2 rs finally filtering on to the channel. Having a green rs myself is good to see now the teething problems to look out for 👍👍
Awesome cars , I had one , My advice would be to get it back to standard condition, that will definitely improve it a lot. ( PS I came up and bought your red Civic Type R a few years back, Now sold on, but was a good car)
Agreed why do some home mechanics think they can set up suspension , rolling gear , etc better than a multi billion pound companies team of engineers .
Well worth the money you paid for this frs coz these are gonna sky rocket in price quite soon.. Tbf any blue oval with the rs badge attracts massive money now theyre like the the gucci of the car world..

Worth every penny, they’ll only make pounds in a few years it’s been fooked about with , badly 😂 but worth fixing..I’ll keep a eye on the channel for updates
@@ScottishCarClan same condition you bought it, was a great buy and mileage isn’t to high. some decent buys currently i got a white one for 15k hpi clear no damage with 90k miles last month

Yeh the focus Rs is on another level when compared to the type R of 2009. 30-40% more power and double the torque. Different league in terms of price as well
@@ScottishCarClan very comparable stats mate, you wouldn’t be going a lot slower at all and the Honda is a much newer car, also runs the legendary k20 albeit turbocharged engine which im sure you know is a work of art
bought my first entry level sandero in jan 21 for 7700 quid new. plus add ons. equivalent now 14000. in august 22 i ordered a new dacia automatic. it arrived july 23. handed over my two and a half year old sandero with 22500 miles on the clock to the dealer and collected the new one. being nosy i went onto their website and it was on there at 9200. went on the next day and it was sold. didn't seem like much depreciation to me. the sandero was car of the year in 2022, and was in the top 10 of the most reliable cars in a daily mail survey. read all sort of scathing comments on here about dacias from people who have never owned one but nothing but praise from people who have. you are actually buying a latest generation renault clio, with a different badge , and several thousands cheaper. if you order one now you will wait eight months . what does that tell you
Why are you trying to convince people about a Dacia. Not one single person who’s into cars cares mate. Sorry to break it to you, but buying a Daica for a RU-vid channel would have people unsubscribing quicker than a junkie heading to the post office on giro day. 😂😂😂
Are you actually comparing a Dacia Sandero with a Ford Focus RS? In five years compare which one retains more of the purchase price. Nobody collects Dacia Sanderos.
