I used the motion controlls on my dual shock four controller for over 200 hours of driving in ac and acc. You should try that because it actually works really well and is a great way to race on a tight budget. You can also use triggers as pedals

Hey jimmer! If ur ever in the states on the east coast, you should go to GoPro motorplex in NC. its modeled after the historic kartdromo Parma in Italy after it was demolished. fast and technical 7/10th mile track. a good lap in our rentals are a 62 or 63 reaching 65 on the back stretch

This reminds me of the time I did the Nurburgring on Project Gotham 3 in a DBR9 with my feet. It took a lot of getting used to but I ended up doing a lap I couldn't beat with my hands. The bloody ghost mocking me every time I did a hot lap. If you're wondering about how to play with your feet, change acceleration and breaking to the right stick on a controller (you can do that in most games. Give it a go, it's great fun).

I used to play AC with a Dualshock 4 running on Xinput running on a setup that swaps the left stick for the gyroscope. It was miserable but I got used to it, I got a cheap wheel that's very similar to the T-racer afterwards and it was 100x better.

I once owned a wireless motion-sensor wheel on my PS2. It only worked with one game and took a few hours to master. Once you get over the fact that your wheel is free-floating it's actually way more effective than you would expect.
