I bought some awesome looking SpectraPly panels on sale from Cousineau Wood Products a while back, so what better to do with them than build a guitar?
This was a difficult but extremely fun project and I'm excited to do more like it. With the hardware I put in and the refinements I was able to taylor to myself, I think this may be the best playing guitar I own.

➡Fender Custom Shop '69 Single Coil Pickups.
➡Gotoh SG381 Tuners - Black.
➡Wilkinson/Gotoh VSVG Vintage Tremolo - Black.
➡SS6150 Stainless Steel Fretwire.
➡TUSQ XL Nut - Black.
➡Flamed Maple Neck, Zircote Fingerboard (I goofed up the fret job on the neck shown throughout this video, and ended up making a second neck out of Mahogany/Indian Rosewood Fingerboard you'll see during the sound test at the end.)
➡CTS 250K Volume/Tone Pots: I used the ToneShaper Guitar Wiring Kit which replaces the 2nd tone control with a pickup blender, and makes the middle knob a master tone control for all pickups. It sounds fantastic and I'd certainly recommend it to anyone planning on building or replacing old pots.
