Welcome to session # 2 of the, "I Can Change Hypnotherapy Program"!
In this session, we let go of any feelings and unresolved emotions that come up for you when you try to change or step out of your comfort zone. This happens to every single one of us,. It's all about how you decide to deal with it.
This session is all about looking at it as an opportunity to heal, let go, learn, and grow. Expanding your comfort zone and making how you want to be more familiar than what you are choosing to leave behind.
Once you listen to this session, if you felt a release then just move on, and focus on how you want to be. If you feel like you could let go of more, or that you were trying or resisting, do it again in a few days, you may have a different experience.
Really get into it today. Feel the feelings when I guide you to see yourself achieving your goal.
