Too bad the stovetop is so far away from the sink. For serious cooks, that's not convenient. I do love all the workspace in the kitchen. I would definitely do wrap-around shelves in the pantry.

I was thinking the same. Think cooking pasta! Walking across the kitchen to drain. Thats could potentially be a horrible experience 😕 I think us cooks and Mom's think about these things

I'm a 56 YO lady. I love to have different colors in my living area - as long as it's not just all hodge - podge and TOO MANY colors in one area. But, if everything is just one color, it' can start getting quite "BLUH !!!" I am not the type of person who has to have everything matching. MOF, I don't much like to have the same floors or other things in my bathroom that I have in my kitchen. I feel like each room is it's own, and, you don't have to be matching in every which - way. And, I do really agree with putting that extra shelf space in the pantry. The more, the better to me. I'd make them all the way to the floor with taller shelves near the bottom and at the top. I appreciate y'all taking time to show us the houses you do. TY for doing that.

I do not know why so many say a nice open floor plan! Giant rooms are hard to heat and cool not to mention no privacy.

Sorry .. I have to mention that I personally am NOT comfortable with seating so close to the stove. There just wasn't enough space between the massive seating ISLAND and the cooking stove top. This MH is very narrow for a Dear Valley. SUPER in-love with Dear Valley Mistress SHOWERS and Laundry rooms! They definitely keep US (👸) in mind for that💃💃💃🤗❤!!! But guys keep this going!!! Love your style ... commentator and camera guy (but both totally involved in the viewing) is a huge plus 💥💥💥💥💥! Great showing guys thank you👍😍😍😍!

This Home Is Very Nice!!!! The Only Thing I Would Change Is The Color Of The Kitchen Cabinets Maybe White Or Gray Maybe The New Blues They Are Showing In Some Homes The Guest Bathroom Is HUGE!!! I Like The Jack And Jill Also. I Like The Electric Fire Place Very Modern!!! The set Up Of This House Is A Winner For Me And The Price Is Great For what What You are getting, Living In New York This Is A Steal!!! So Sorry You Locked Your Keys In The Car, Sometimes It's Just One Of Those Days!!! Smile Great Job Guys!!!

Wow, A floor plan that has a semi separate kitchen and breakfast nook, where you can have something to eat in privacy, and the kitchen and living room isn't all one big room. I hope the trend starts going back to rooms with a purpose like this home sort of has. I love all the cabinets, also the stove area that doesn't have the gaps. I guess this home would be on a lot or property one owns, and not in a park. Where I live, 200,000 gets you a townhouse in a multi home structure, and a site built home that looks like this home in the video, would definitely start at about 400,000. I would love something like this, on my own lot.

Some of these units really put to shame some homes we have in our county for the same price with just a 1/4 acre lot! Crazy! The features are amazing. Big pantries, nice sep showers and tubs in the Masters, nice islands in the kitchen, nicer bathrooms, much bigger util rooms. Plus these also have the elec. fireplaces that don't have to worry you about flue cleanings!

I like that the kitchen is off set from the living room. Great kitchen. Not to offend anybody but I am so sick of brown and beige tile. I think I might order a home without back plash so I can do my own. I know they offer choices but I am not a fan of Deer Valley's options in tile. The pantry is not set up to use the space well, I agree. We would like to have a small closed off garden and outdoor shower of our Master bath. I am betting you can figure out a door in the master bath or master bedroom to access the garden. Master bath is pretty average for the nicer manufactured homes. Very nice laundry room. Guest/kid bathroom needs a window. Pet peeve of mine. This house is also missing a nice big linen closet. A four bedroom home has a a lot of linens.

I am glad you mentioned wheelchairs for us people who deal with family members in them. This home is beautiful. I would like to see one, if they ever make one, with a roll-in shower and no water closet in the master. It would make it so much easier to transfer our wheelchair-bound family members.

There's not enough room around the kitchen island. Once you open any drawers, the fridge, or oven, there's no getting passed on that side. Wasted space in the pantry. Love the laundry room. Wish the master closet was bigger. Nice walk-ins in guest bedrooms though. Edited to add: I was wishing you would've jumped in that tub again!

I'm sad that you didn't try out the bathtub but, well, I guess you don't have to EVERY time... I like a lot about this home though. Still has some wasted space but not as much as some of Deer Valley homes do.

I’ve been waiting for a walk-through tour of this home. Great job, guys! It’s lovely, but I don’t like that the sink is so far away from the stove. I don’t care for the sink being in the island, but I think with this kitchen layout it would have to be. Also - agree with the pantry modification suggested. Too much wasted wall space. Beautiful home, though. Seems like Deer Valley is the top of the line. Thank you!

The kitchen is lovely, though I'm not fond of the cabinet color. I like dark cabinets with light counter but the cabinets, for my taste, should be even darker. Or, white cabinets with a dark countertop is good too. I'm looking for one that doesn't have the master closet inside the bathroom. And I agree, the pantry doesn't have enough shelves.

Love the kitchen and dining room are not right by the front door and the dining room is away from the living room for a formal, no distraction family diner. The last bedroom and third bathroom would be perfect for a family member who needs their own space like an elderly parent.

Love the home till you got to pantry poor design for a big family. Love the fact air vent aren’t in floor that’s a plus. Tv design great most places don’t do that.

What a disappointment was that kitchen pantry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Might as well of skipped the pantry all together than that!!!!!! There was plenty of Space for nice shelves all the way from corner to corner, at least 3 rows!!!!!!!!! The rest of the house was beautiful!

I already tried to send this, if it makes it through twice, forgive me. You're driving me nuts! It's pronounced Eh-Tea-yen! Accent on 1st syllable and try to slur the 2nd and 3rd syllables together. It means Crown, in French, but can also be a name. I believe the name Stephen... My in-laws were from Alabama and I taught them correct pronunciations so you can learn too😊
