For those of you who don't understand why i don't know this song or simply dont believe me. Please watch this video first before making up your mind. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RyyRv5xPBgY.html And here is a link to my Micheal Jackson Playlist where im reacting to all of his Songs in Chronological Order! Michael Jackson Reactions: ru-vid.com/group/PLn84b2i6CbmOIzokH1Eh0ydiiv-ZSX0_G
To me this sounds more like a chill out song. Imagine, you're down at the beach in your convertible with your lady, just watching the sunset to this track. Amazing!
I'm soo happy that Michael brings you joy ❤❤❤ his voice here is beautiful and smooth like butter, this is a very relaxing song to me, his music is so good I'm addicted I can't go one day without listening to one of his songs 😂😂😍
I absolutely LOVE Off the Wall but I can’t wait for this dude to get to the Thriller album. He’s going to love and appreciate the genius and versatility of those songs
This one is like room temperature butter. As are your smooth, joyous dance moves. That electric piano and fretless bass. Michael's vocal in the chorus. Completely irresistible. Sensual indeed.
4-octave vocal range. Its timbre is called "alto tenor", a voice with a very high range. His vocal cords allowed him to oscillate between rising and falling very quickly. Goat❤
Oh no you havent expolred his full vocal range, MJ sung in about a 4-5 vocal range a Male Counter Tenor is what he is classified. When you hear songs like Smooth criminal, Earth song, Wanna be startin Something etc.. you will see how high his voice truly is. Especially on Thriller album- invincable his range is lovely to put it short!
This seems to be the only jazzy song I think Michael has done. I can’t wait till you see the other Genres he has tackled, Rock, Rnb, pop, country, classical he’s done it all.
The reason there are few official videos for songs on this album is because it came out before videos were really a thing. Videos became popular about the time of Michael’s next album Thriller. And then it was Micheal who revolutionized the music video genre and raised the bar higher than anyone ever anticipated. But by the time he was in his early twenties he had already been in the entertainment business and breaking records for many years. He was famous most of his life.
Love how you noticed how percussive MJ sounds in his pronunciation. He adds almost an extra layer of production just in the way he says his lyrics. He truly was an artist in every sense
When you listen to His albums etc.. you should explore his Jackson 5 days. Id advise you to listen to Heart Break Hotel, Shake your body, Never can say goodbye Etc .. him as an adult vocalist, and child vocalist was unmatched!!
Only problem with his younger years is that its owned by a Copyright company who is known to block reaction videos. If im going to explore the Jacksons/jackson 5 i might need to go about it in a different direction other then a reaction type video 😕
Ah that sucks!!! I think probably you could react to Teen Mike as in 1974-1978 as those should not copyright im pretty sure. In that case you'd probably have to listen to live performances to hear songs like ABC, etc.. Heartbreak Hotel came out in 1980 on the Jacksons triumph album so it should be copyright free pretty sure🧐
@@SephPlays Yeah hopefully you can review some of the songs because the J5 is amazing And the Jacksons ( they switched names when one of the brothers left in 1974). He came* back later though!
This was 1979, videos weren’t really that big then and this album only has two videos, MJ and Quincy Jones were geniuses. He was definitely extremely sensual and was good at it.
He wrote it long before Michael sung it for Off the Wall and urban legend says that Stevie’s sister thought it would be great for MJ and yes, they are cousins on Katherine’s side.
As always, I love your reactions! Real quick: 1) Will you return to Rock with you to watch the video? because you should 😍 2) Idk if you plan to, but you should consider making a "review" video of the OTW album.... you know, discussing your favorite songs, least favorites songs (if there are any! lol), how it met, or exceeded expectations, etc. I personally would be really interested in that :)
Ill definitely be doing a reaction on Rock with you's video! I'll record that today 😊 And that is a great idea! I love ranking songs! So i will also be making a video ranking all the off the wall songs to. Hopefully also today 😍 Really looking forward to Thriller album too 😍
