Hello, I am TheTimTracker. Welcome to my crazy beard and mustache driven life! Come with me as we adventure around Orlando, Florida and explore all of the amazing places that have made Orlando a top tourist destination, and a few that no one knows about! Glad to see u guys veg and chill sometimes in front of the tube. I feel better about my life now. Although your blog has really inspired me to get out and enjoy life more. So much to do and it'll be over before ya know it.

Hi, Jenn! OMG, that dip looks great. It was nice that Kelly left it there for you to enjoy. I love making hot dips! I made one, not too long ago, Hot Gruyere and White Wine Chicken dip and served it with garlic toast points. Yup, just as delicious as it sounds. There is also a to-die-for Hot Crab & Artichoke dip. I love seeing the things you guys make (and eat). :-) Thanks for sharing it with us!

So just got home from Disney today. It was beyond hot and started pouring rain everyone was huddled in a gift shop sweating and shoving everyone. It was awful but finally got to eat at the be our guest restaurant. It was fantastic actually! Food was delicious.

We take buffalo chicken wing dip and put it in half egg roll wrappers, like a mini egg roll. It's amazing. Also we put it on Nann flatbread and stick it on the grill. So good!

Jenn,, I made that same type of dip before for a potluck and iirc I was the only one to eat it. I think I ate.that "dip" (I use that term lightly) for lunch/dinner for a few days. Great choice!

I have also had some trouble with those "sticks" on my window blinds. I have noticed that they tend to break at the top of the stick where it hangs from the blinds. That little tab at the top of the stick where the hook goes through trends to be a 'weak point'....

We are visiting the parks this week. We did Animal Kingdom yesterday and Universal today. They are very busy this time of year and very hot. In centigrade it was 34 deg but felt like a bazillion centigrade.

Yea those holiday cupcakes tend to have really intense food coloring. I had fourth of July ones too, and my mouth and tongue were so blue!

That dip looks fantastic. What do you use to record. I am looking for a camera the has good picture and great sound quality. Thinking of uploading videos and pictures to RU-vid but I'm clueless about what to look for in a camera. I never done it before. I used my phone but that don't count.

Jenn, just to go off topic. We signed up for the same Food package as you but in the UK. OMG I feel your pain when cooking. I tend to throw stuff in a pan or whatever and generally works out. BUT to follow a recipe, and use timings AND have your teenage son HELP you, so glad only 2 to go. The meals are delicious just cooked a pork and mushroom pasta dish but hard work, No wonder Gordon Ramsay swears so much.

Freeze it! Into portions. But nothing wrong with eating leftovers or eating what you feel like. Just temper it with some healthy stuff too.

We call that Dip, 'Crack Dip' in our house! Cus you seriously can't stop eating it once you start! But the directions to make it are on some of the Frank's Red Hot bottles or you can get it off their site! I have made it before let it cool down and threw them in empanada shells and baked them!! Legit The bomb! And great for sides for a party just leave ranch and blue cheese on the side for dipping!

Hi Tim & Jenn, My mum & Dad recently came back from Orlando the other day & They bought me an Orlando City Snapback from Hat Shack (Lids) Florida Mall As a Gift & I Went to adjust the strap & It snapped, i have contacted the store & They can't take it back for exchange because i'm from the UK. Is there anyway i can post it to you in a box with receipt , so that you can exchange it for me ? Please Help.

Have a Leftover Party! YOu should try not to turn your oven on to do pizzas . I live iin O-Town myself and only use my micro, grill and toaster oven. Oven...is last.
