Today it was noob versus master as I attempted to challenge a spear fishing expert. In this head to head match up, loser has to cook the other dinner… I may have bit off more than I could chew with this one!

Hey Max isn’t it unsafe to eat fish like that. Usually it’s safer to flash freeze the fish to get rid of any and all parasites.

I was under the impression that fish needed to be flash frozen in order to eat it raw. Does the citrus kill any potential parasites?

yes, lime juice kills any potential bacteria & partially "cooks" the meat chemically w/acid

Depends on the fish type and fda recommendations. Generally ceviche is safe bc it kills the parasites with the acid

Max. I really need a brisket guide I have been watching everywhere for a guide but there is nothing i can just copy and achieve success. I only got an oven at home and nothing else. So no grill and whatever… can you please make a (EASY BRISKET GUIDE EVERYONE CAN MAKE THAT ONLY SHOWS INGREDIENTS, TIME INTERVALS, nothing else. I dont want to know the science.
