We had tons of reservations for Mothers Day so I was only able to go out for a short ride. We decided to hit Santiago Oaks since it's really close to the restaurant. I thought I was going to a chill place and ended up crashing twice.
The first crash happened on Hawk, both my tires slid out, I went to put my foot down and I ended up doing the splits. It pulled my hamstring pretty bad but I just kept riding. On the climb up to Chutes I went for a hard crank and I felt my hamstring get pulled again. I continued the ride but I was definitely riding cautious. On Waterfall I went OTB and when I jumped off the bike and when I landed on my feet, that impact shot pain into my ham strings again. I managed to pedal out but when I got to the restaurant the pain really kicked in. We were really busy for Mothers Day so I wasn't able to ice my hamstring until lunch rush was over.
I searched online to find ways to heal hamstring and found some exercises that really helped.
