I love how the girls support each other and how they are happy if one of them gets good comments even if they themselves did not get quite as much praise. As women we are often brought up to compare ourselves and put other women down to make ourselves feel good. In society I would love to see us build each other up and not work as hard as tearing each other down. It's a work in progress and something that will not change overnight. We can start by bringing up our daughters to see the good in our peers and displaying behaviour that shows us mothers are supporting other women in society instead of being judgemental. How can we expect our daughters to display supportive traits if we give them nothing to model that behaviour on ❣️
