Ik this sounds cringe but I kinda want to do this, so one like = 1 day of 200 pushups (yes I did like my own comment) Upd: Day one done in 20:13 Day 2: 18:24
Yeah, the numbers he gave are realistic for someone who's just starting out bulking, but 2 lbs of muscle isn't going to change much visually. I'd love to see what this would look like after 6 months or a year.
tbf if he actually did military pushups the difference would be quite noticeable. his form was pretty bad but its to be expected if u have never done pushups. anyways would've expected him to fix his form after a week by watching a video about doing a correct pushup.
Your pushups aren't as bad as other people's form I've seen, if you want to get stronger by improving your push up form you can try: -Not bending elbows outward to the side prevent risk of injury (Bring your elbows in closer to your torso when doing push ups) -Chest to ground and lock out your elbows -Not rush your pushups as it can also lead to injury -Try keep feet together -Inhale going down exhale pushing up (Please Breathe) Other than that, you can research more if you really want to get even stronger as you are pretty fit as is, and you should keep going Isaiah💪
@@D.-NeverGoBack-the half reps would’ve been more productive if he had his chest on the ground and barely went up. He isn’t keeping his muscles contracted, and that’s why he was able to do so many reps without fatigue. That’s also why he got abs. He was basically holding a plank the entire time
Good call, brother. Thank you. I use pushup handles. It allows for a bigger stretch at the bottom of the rep. And yes...chest to the floor. SLOW reps especially on the eccentric phase.
🎉🎉🎉 Thank you Isaiah for sharing all these things with us. I really Love How you always change things up with your presentations. You make working out fun. Kudos to you 👏👏👏 Blessings from Paso Robles, California, Carlos ❤️🙏🙂
Nice challenge. It shows that the body will adapt to the work demanded. I'm not a bodybuilder but rather condittioning. Years ago I started to perform variations of push-ups and started doing bar dips. People started to notice my improvments. Many tought I was going at the gym wich is not. I was eating more and that's the reason I started to bulk. You have to fuel and grind those reps.
@@AxisTC2for 30 days, people can do a proper push up, as it isn't hard to do a CORRECT push up, except for fat people, or people who have disabilities
@@sleepingcoffee7481 that wasnt what I meant, I was clearly stating that 200 pushups is a difficult feat to the 12 year old who thinks he can do better
Have to say Pal you really got it going and the results speak for them selves. I do 200 to 300 every second day mixed with my workout. You're doing great and try working on your range of motion to get fuller results. Your numbers might go down at first but you'll engage more muscle over all. My form is not perfect but I use a yoga block on the floor to touch my chest and try to go completely all the way back up every time. I do 55 in a row first set and 25-30 every set after. Rest times are slow run on spot for 1 min. I'm 53 and aiming at doing 300 while planking for rest in between sets. I won't be stopping there but it's my goal for now. It's hell but baby steps. I wish you the best! Don't stop man!
I did the challenge ended yesterday only missed 1 day. Did lots of elevated push ups on tough days and ended up taking 10 minutes off my total time. Thanks for the challenge!
not gonna lie, its a good thing that youre doing this. but i must admit that the pushups were terrible. But its just a humble beginning. Keep up the good work!
I envy your friendship with Ryan and Haley. You dont milk them for views or thumbnails and they also dont milk u. I acc love that. Oh and also great vid😂
half ROM push ups increase the time under tension for chest and arms. You can and will see bigger gains! but keep those elbows in... and do the bottom half of the push up not the top. physically cringing at the form but nontheless well done proud of you

It’s funny how you chose to light yourself differently at the end of your challenge. Either way congratulation. I am going into day 3 of my own challenge.
I don't like to farm likes like some people do, but I really want to change myself. For every like this comment gets, that's one day of 200 pushups, 50 squats, and I'll do 50 pull ups if a pull up bar is around (I have one at my house). I'll take two rest days per week and they won't count as one of the days that the likes make me do. I'll try to keep this comment updated as much as possible. Now it's up to you guys, even 1000 of likes is about 2.7 years of my life doing this challenge. I won't be a quitter, and if I do quit a day I will record it on the comment.
A marathon, 200 push ups a day, keeping up with weekly running mileage, 75 hard, and a 50 mile race all while filming and traveling is crazyyyy. Nice job Isaiah!
You certainly made gains, you fitness fid improve. But... 1. The manipulative use of light was uncalled for on your last day. 2. No you didnt finish the entire workout in 5 mins for all days. Thats misguiding. 3. The form is an issue. 4. You are quite an inspiration, these things aside.
So, now you should do 30 days of 100 push ups with at least better form, if not good : ) and try to make the before and after photo in similar setting as well!
I will do 100 push ups everyday for 1 like, so one like = 1 day of 100 push ups. I won't be like that pinned comment guy and I will actually do it Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔
