I had a past life regression many many years ago. I wasn't a queen or priestess or anyone "important". But I did find out I was sexually assaulted as a young woman in a past life, literally broke down and committed suicide. It was very interesting to me as I was sexually assaulted in this lifetime at 15 yo. But the difference this time is that I learned to go on and heal instead of taking my life and doing it over yet again. So I guess that is progress, incremental but progress nonetheless.

I feel its important to note here, that you dont actually have to remember things of your past lives in order to heal them. Often times, it is enough when a trigger comes up to feel, accept and release the stuck emotion thus integrating this trauma.

Ya, some people get stuck on this idea that PLR is the only way to do this PLR can also go wrong if the practitioner is not experienced enough or trained well in the technique so word of caution for people watching random youtube videos and going for PLR, choose a highly experienced practitioner. I wish I could give you some pointers for this but I'd only had bad experiences and then decided to go for other healing modalities

Empathy is never a burden. If you feel that way it’s because you also feel a duty to help others not feel, or to remove their pain for them. That is a separate issue in fact, a wound, and not directly related to empathy. Often people think they are being empathic, when in fact they are just having their own resonant pain triggered inside them.

As a child, I knew who I was in my previous past life. It's a long story, including intense and irrational fears, seeing spirits and other things. I believe life is about learning, and the day a person stops learning is the day they stop living. Here is the kicker, you currently, in a body here, are only a very small part of who you really are, so ones out, you might say "oh, so close to accomplishing what I wanted, got to get back there now", lol. Karma is a big determining factor on what happens after leaving the body behind & crossing over. We all go before Yama, the judge of the dead, to do a life review. One sister committed suicide (2005) & she had to return almost immediately to a new , more difficult incarnation as a result. She was happy tho, & showed us through a lucid dream what was going on. So at this point she’s been back about 19 years. Karma, for positive & negative is proof of what we accomplished in a lifetime & what if anything we still need to master, such as control of emotions or ego. Great Video! Please not to forget about current life trauma. In fact, often our current problems are actually from this life (usually from childhood), but start anywhere from conception to our current age. A lot of the time a regression into our current life is all that's needed. Childhood is common due to difficulties with parents, at school etc. Also because we are an open book at these ages, without any critical factor to block out many of the negative things we hear from others. As we get older we are more experienced in filtering out negative input.

@@ChristineSpringerElaine Hypnosis is key. It's kind of a cheat in getting directly to the subconscious mind. You can do regressions, however, that usually means living through past trauma again, or at least some of it. There is a type of hypnosis which avoids all this. It has many names: Metaphysical hypnosis, Ultra Height, Quantum hypnosis etc. Problem is, finding a good enough hypnotist with enough experience to do this. Many phycologists tag on hypnosis to be able to perform this, but they don't usually study hypnosis in depth enough to be successful. From a client perspective, you see their qualifications as a positive, and this can lead you into poor choices. Of course, I'm not implying that all phycologist hypnotists are poor with hypnosis, but it is a common issue in my experience. A slower and perhaps more expensive route is with a Metaphysical Anatomy Practitioner, who teaches you how to listen to your body and release old traumas. Perhaps a little of what Christina is doing here. The lady who has knowledge of this is Evette Rose, who is on Ytube a lot. Again, I mention price, as many of these loving Gurus of healing, as I call them, are super expensive and so you end up with spiritually minded healers who can only heal the rich! Makes you re-think the whole concept of oneness right. Of course spirituality says, that there is nothing wrong with abundance and the want of money. I say that's fine, but who then heals the poor???????????? I wish you the best!
@@1NeoGio I feel like your opinion here is a bit narrow minded and because of that, could mislead some. All hypnotists, no matter what form they practice, start with client #1. If no new clients ever gave them a chance they would never get any experience at all! I believe what is most important when choosing a therapist of any kind, is how you connect with the therapist and how they connect with you. Do you feel the connection? Does it feel good? Do things they say resonate with you, or turn you off? Do they have insight into what your deepest issues might be and do they focus on root causes, or are they superficial in the guidance they provide? Are they open minded, flexible and explain and talk with ease in a way that is perfectly understood by you? Those kind of things are much more important than the "years" of experience a therapist might have or the number of clients they have had. The Divine never stops putting healers in our path. It is up to us to recognize them, especially if they are put directly in front of us. (PS: it is spelled, psychologist). Namaste'

However, what I am interested in is solutions for people who are suffering that work and are fast acting. Hypnotists need experience, I agree totally, but have all of them been trained correctly in methods of hypnosis that actually work well on the type of client that they have? From what I have witnessed, no! Hypnosis is by far the best solution that I have come across thus far, providing that it is used correctly, as it goes straight for the cause of the problem directly. It could be cancer, or any other bodily disease, fear or phobia, mental trauma, it does not matter. One session with the right hypnotist could be enough, if it's two sessions fine. Hypnosis is one of the oldest healing methods, used by the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. Myself, very much like the Japanese, believe there is a simple method for all problems on this planet. Sickness is no different. Anyone is free to choose whatever method they wish to, it's entirely up to them. I'm just not interested in subtle healing methods personally, or healing methods which take large amounts of money from the client. Everyone is entitled to be healed as quickly and efficiently as possible, even the poor. You can analyse your deep connections with your healer if you so wish. I'm looking for solid results. Someone who is good at what they do will heal you despite all that, but there's nothing wrong with connection. Unfortunately, alternate healing has received such a bad name due to its poor results because it has not been used correctly or the wrong method. If you have cancer for example, you can dangle crystals and burn incense all you like, but it won't change the end result. You need to go for the source of the problem, the subconscious mind. I work with past-lives and the Akashi as well. I have witnessed amazing changes in people after accessing specific past-life wounds. I also call these traumatic wounds imprints and describe them as pinpoints in the souls timeline that get ‘stuck in time’ and therefore are carried over into every lifetime until the memory is accessed and healed. I’d also like to note that healing a past life trauma can be easy (if you allow the memory and emotions to unfold completely), because sometimes all that is required is literally just to ‘remember’. That in itself can be enough to release the imprint and watch the changes unfold in your life!

To answer your question: karma is a tricky subject but yes, you can remove emotional/traumatic wounds imprinted on the soul from a karmic relationship, which can help with releasing the karmic attachment (severing the cord) to that person.

My experiences over thirty-seven years of Vipassana Meditation certainly augments your own views, Christina. The emotional component - the FEELING - of every thought we have that is registered by our subconscious remains. Sometimes it remains only for seconds, sometimes for many years and, sometimes - unless dealt with and healed - is carried forward into upcoming lifetimes. In Vipassana one focuses with pure attention on the body. This concentration penetrates until finer and finer levels of the auric field are brought under scrutiny. I instead discovered, stored up explosive rage, tremendous amounts of hatred and anxiety, and fear and shame hidden deep down within, that I couldn’t remember being caused from this life . After allowing those emotions to arise and resolve and cleansing them with gentle awareness and consciousness, and allowing them to dissipate and go home, I started having strange dreams. Dreams where I was the central character, but I did not recognize myself. My skin was a different color or I was far more advanced in age. I felt incredibly close to some people, but could not recognize them from this life. I believe these to be past Life fragments, but I don’t really know?

You can change your soul contract. Put one hand over your crown chakra and one over your heart chakra and say with intention “I release the need to awaken through suffering. I release any attachment to only evolve from trauma. I choose to expand my soul gracefully.”

It helps if you use hypnosis regularly for other purposes, like relaxation, curing addictions, help with weight loss, sleeping, etc. You can train yourself to become a good hypnosis subject. I have found that being in the same room with a hypnotist is a far better, more successful experience than online, or DIY with a hypnosis tape.
I imagine that doing it once won’t irk for most, just like most if not all of us suck at meditation at first. Andddd if it keeps not working, take that as your sign that you’re not meant to do it.

I have a feeling I did some weird stuff in my past lives - and every time we hear regression stories it was always something cute like a priest in Egypt or a woman in Atlantis. I dont know. A have a friend who does aura readings and taps in past lives. For me, I feel that this life time is enough to deep dive into forgiveness and be in union with Source. We are all just learning to navigate paradoxes. God / Source / Consciousness is. I am. We are. When I think of Consciousness there is no trauma. Just being. When I think of trauma, I see just forgiveness. Each moment is a gift to choose inner peace. That’s the thing: we are perfect just the way we are and in the same time there is always room for improvement. I dont know anything anymore, I just know that when things are heavy, my heart knows prayer is the answer.

My clients then will work on those themes with the remembering and resonance to the past life imprint, and they come back for another session and another past life/lives that didn’t come up prior will be shown at the time. My favorite clearing technique is the shaman ceremony with a small stick and a candle and opening up the four directions. I learned it from Dr. Villoldo and the Four Winds Society. You open up a timelessness bubble and disconnect yourself from that stuff, like your family's genetic lineage. The future is informed by the past so if you can get outside of time you can break cycles and heal rapidly. It has accelerated my healing. Things come up, I go into a ceremony and talk to the ancestors and ask to be healed. The serpent energy is about shedding the past like the serpent sheds it's skin. The snake is uncomfortable during molting (I looked it up) and so it makes sense that rapid transformation is uncomfortable too. Also...I feel like I have spent so much time in a cesspool of dysfunction that I don't have any more time to mess with maladaptive coping mechanisms like my family. ❤️
My twin flame and I seem to share the same karmic imprints, particularly a persecution imprint, and we are both 100% done with this pattern in our lives and in the world. He is a brilliant and extremely prolific musician who is triggered by being in front of audiences. Im confused about the life review thing and us choosing. The reason I'm confused is, people who harm others, are incapable of having insight into themselves and their behaviours, nor do the care too do so. When Christina talks about souls lining up to inkarnate to our world because it's such a great experience to go through all the human suffering inhale that we go through in our lives here it reminded me the way she was describing that reminds me of people lining up for hours on end trying to get into the Burning Man festival in California waiting at wilkoff and they're out in the Blazing heat just suffering to death roasting in the Sun so they can experience the greatest Human Experience in the world for a week in the Northern Nevada deserts of Black Rock City which is like a cross between a spiritual Dimension with all kinds of metaphysical activities in advance and Mardi Gras in New Orleans play some massive City made of Art project as well. I've been to Burning Man several times and every time I go is like incarnating to a higher plane or dimension after death on Earth.

Quantum physics tells us a lot about the nature of time. It may be that the past, present and future are happening simultaneously. If so, could my next life be in the 13th century or the 22nd century?
But why would the veil of forgetfulness not be necessary for these guru beings etc? So many people, say so many different things... how do you know any of this is true? People sadly have propensity to believe all manner of things. I found you in 2020 and I am still finding how much I can still learn from you. I am also a 7 and i have many gifts and because of you I been putting my best foot forward because of you and my own efforts. The veil is also a protection mechanism. The human body is relatively fragile - both physical as well as emotional. I recently had a spontaneous regression during sleep [at first I thought I had a bad dream, but my physical reaction was so visceral, I thought I was going to literally die from a grief so painful, like I had never experienced, even when my mother and grandmother passed in this life time]. I was physically traumatized [also something I had never experienced to this depth in this lifetime] to the point, that it was all I could do, to not scream, rend my face and pull out my hair [the traditional way the grieving was done in "that" life experience]. It took me quite a while to come out of this state, and to find the emotional safety that this was in the past and not in the current. I don't think I could handle this emotional pain in this life time - without either physically passing away or loosing my everlasting little bit of mind that I have left, LOL. I also believe that I died shortly after that experience, as this was a long time ago in a fairly primitive society.

It took me days after it first happened to NOT think about it, remember it, and mull it over or dwell on it. Yeah - that painful! I'm assuming you are not a combat veteran or live with one? That type of bad! Are you familiar with what the Mayan culture did to their slaves and prisoners? That type of bad! Can you imagine living on a smaller island somewhere in the Pacific - where the size of the population is strictly controlled, due to the size of the island. Where women get routinely stolen from raided neighboring islands to keep the genetic variety sound? Where there are no larger mammals to hunt? Where the only protein comes from fish, birds and nesting bird eggs and small, burrowing rodent like animals? Where the only "red meat" comes from hunting/raiding cannibalism, and where the dead are revered and their bodies are consumed to honor the ancestors? That kind of bad! [Well you did ask!] So now imagine you are one of the women that was taken from somewhere else, and your mate is no longer there to protect you and your offspring [not sure what happened to him]. You are still a "lesser" woman as you were not born there, you're now of middling reproductive age, and you come in from foraging or fishing to see your 8 year old and 4 year old sons clubbed over the head. And then used as teaching examples for young warriors in training, on how to cleanly cut their throats, and then how to harvest the meat for consumption. YEAH! Girl - that kind of bad! I really wish you didn't ask - because this is now fresh with me again for more days to come...

I had a similar experience last week "dreaming" right before my alarm got on. Extremely unbearable painful feeling due to lost of my child, a little boy about 5-6 years old. Grief, hopelessness, pain... to the EXTREME that i haven't experienced ever before. It took me a while after I woke up, got to work, called and share it with my sister... i'm not sure it was a glimpse of my soul's past experience from one of my previous lives, because about a year ago I had an opposite extreme experience of amazing overwhelming feeling of LOVE that surrounded me inside and outside while i was on a front passenger seat at someone's car in my dream... i didn’t see any face or any road around, just extreme LOVE . It could of be just a storm if neurotransmitters....
I’m unsure if it’s possible but I did a past life regression meditation on myself many years ago. I was a Chinese doctor with a family whom lost all of his loved ones in a war. I barely made it out alive but my family was everything to me and as a result I became a traveling doctor and healer. He looked exactly like me just Asian. He wore glasses but at the time I didn’t. He had an unhealed soul after losing family and committed himself to healing others. I’m my present life I’m a magnet for “sick” people. I’m an empath that can read peoples energy. I’ve gravitated to jobs of service to others.
That’s excellent that u have a greater understanding of who u are in this life, bc of seeing a past life. What we’ve done before, & many many lifetimes shapes the present.
I think that when going through the meditations it is possible, and it is slightly different to hypnosis, during meditation we are still connected and hence protected by this body, even if unconsciously, throughout my 4 times doing past life regression meditation, I remember seeing myself in the first person every time I came in just like normally, I also remember several times looking into a mirror and I did look alike to my current self, be it through a soldier's suit, through a different gender or a younger age (the only three times I was able to glimpse my reflection, I don't think it's possible through mustard gas) but like you described it was like looking myself, kind of. Like I said this might be the case since you are still connected and it builds, you have a "central" look of your spirit or spuritual energy, which causes you to look at yourself in your body, otherwise you since you're brainwaves and your soul are still connected, but you're looking beyond yourself you need that basic protection so that you don't freak out, I guess, anyway while you're doing hypnosis it's more like your soul comes out of the body and isn't connected anymore you can still come back true but it's like being in the guru stage. Anyway the other part is also possible since I was a soldier in my past lives both WWII and WWI and I still have a bit of a militaristic attitude so more calm, tend to scream less from pain, there are also some more noticeable ones like swaying my arms etc. like when marching when I'm walking. Plus from my previous lives I was afraid of loud noises as a child probably from no. 3 which was plane crash as a civillian in a flat, and no.4 which was plane crash in a boeing superfortress in WWII, plus a little bit of fear of when water comes down the mouth since two times or I guess three I drowned, but anyway yes it is possible
The deepest is our trauma , the higher is the understanding. Compassion for your soul , thank you for your dedication in serving your others selfs in form of other people . We are all one in the end 😊
Although you and others speak of doing past life regression to heal wounds, there's as well the real possibility of positive or neutral attributes inherited from past lives. Using automatic writing (actually typing) over a period of days, I seemed to get a fragmented connection with a person who froze to death at age 25 while being chased in NE Siberia. To make a long story short, this explained my lifelong preference for being in the cold and dark among other quirks. My house is unheated and has no hot water on tap for instance. This seems very ecological except it causes me to have a huge appetite in winter. My favorite vacation destination is Canada in winter. This is not so much a wound as a quirk which may be possibly explained by this ethereal connection.
This is my first life on Earth. I don't want to stay here either. I just came here to help, but I want to go home. I'd like to see this planet and humanity do better before I leave, but this place isn't for me. When this life is over, I'm definitely ready to go back. I did have a QHHT session, which included a past life regression, but of course the life I remembered was on a different planet, not Earth.

@HerveBoisde It's not my first life ever. It's my first life on this planet. I am one of the souls who chose to come to Earth to assist in the great shift in consciousness. A lot of us in more recent years, are born "different". We don't forget as much as people used to. I never had to go through a spiritual awakening, because I was sort of born always knowing.

@HerveBoisde It actually happens a lot. Much more than you would think. There are millions of us on Earth now. Though I have heard that "they" (the higher self, oversoul, etc) will only show things that both the client and the practitioner are ready to see/hear. It is possible you will start to encounter it now that it has come into your awareness 😊 A lot of people who have NDEs, pre-birth memories, or other spiritually transformative experiences, have encountered ET beings in some way or form. Many were the ETs in their past lives, others remember choosing which planet to incarnate on, with Earth being one of many options. On the other side, we see everyone as equal, so there is no distinction between human and alien. We are all one 🩵💚 I watch a lot of NDE stories on Alex's channel (Next Level Soul Podcast). If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. He and his guests always have really deep and profound discussions, that make me cry almost every time. I also can't recommend Dolores Cannon enough. She started off doing hypnosis for physical things like smoking addiction, and stumbled into past life regression accidentally. As time went on, she discovered more and more. Eventually regressing people to lifetimes on other planets, parallel lives in other dimensions, and so much more. She even had other beings come through her clients and answer her questions directly, during otherwise regular hypnosis sessions.
Uh my gosh, the dream’s after watching this and setting the intention to heal in every direction in time. I’ve spent the whole night revisiting one trauma over and over with different outcomes. Full on night of natural REM therapy 25 years later. Bonkers.

Kinda funny, but I used to have a recurring dream where I'm being bitten on my right index finger by a squirrel. The bite goes down to the bone and I can FEEL it. Not just the physical pain, but a deep visceral terror. I used to joke that I got bit by a squirrel in a past life, but now I'm starting to think I actually did. The emotions I feel during the dream makes me think it might have happened as a child. I think I was either curious or trying to help the little creature and got bitten, and because it was so traumatizing, it kept happening in my dreams. I haven't had the nightmare in a long time, and I'd be happy if it didn't come back. 😂
Great video! What is a real mindblower is when you access your over soul ... my mother right before she past away gave me the unique experience to see my oversoul. She did it by having me look at a picture on the wall of our family and lower my eyes level with me in the picture. So my eyes were at the same level as my eyes in the picture of me when I was very young. Then out of nowhere a remote viewing scene opened up in front of me where I saw a man come out of a Wat (Buddhist temple) built in the mountain side of some mountain range in some heavenly realm. He was some kind of master with great authority and confidence. As he came closer and closer to me I noticed how badass he actually was until I was shocked as he came right up to me that he was in fact ME! Somehow my mother got the calling to have me do this and channeled that experience somehow. What was amazing and to this day, I can't believe that that ultra badd-ass dude that seem to run an entire monastery in heaven was actually bumbling, emotional, usually unconfident, ... me. I have had many spiritual experiences but this was far and above.

Are you sure there is no karmic wheel/soul trap? (I hope you're right). If you're right and there's no karmic wheel, then why do souls have karma/life reviews and have to come back to Earth to make amends? I keep hearing "everything happens for a reason," I don't know if that's right, but it scares me. Do we have to amend all our karma and become ascended masters to escape the reincarnation cycle? Can we reincarnate into the past? And do we have parallel lives and nonhuman lives along with past lives?
I don't have any conscious past life memories but I have a feeling I lived in New Jersey in my last life. I live in Australia and have never been to America. When I see NJ in film/tv etc something about it just feels so familiar and it makes me feel homesick.

With all the good things you also experience the bad. Pain, suffering, anxiety, stress, and loss. One of the worst experience is the loss of a love one or pet. All these negative things exist here on earth but nowhere else. These negative experiences simply don’t exist on the other side or anywhere else. We experience things to evolve. When we evolve we wake up our consciousness. When our consciousness is awake, we expand our consciousness. And the only way to do all of this is to come to earth and enroll in this hard school. Then you graduate earth but you’ll always continue to learn.

We viewed the most beautiful rainbow that we have seen. It was a smaller rainbow. It appeared over a clump of tall fir trees. We saw the ends to each side, a black veil over the rainbow. The beauty and mystery to me now are the colors of the rainbow, which ran together. Colors of crystal rocks ran together. It stayed in our view for about five minutes, disappeared then quickly reappeared. I have never in my life seen something so breathtaking. Has anyone seen this before? Number one is totally and completely true. The one thing that's been the driving force of my entire life is that 'I'm on an epic adventure.' This theme has been a part of every qualia I've been experiencing forever. Secondly, one of the things I've learned over the last 6 decades is that part of this adventure is expanding my view of reality as broadly and deeply as possible. This means bumping up against all of my limitations, mostly in emotion and thought. Whew, does that take a lot of work. That's because I've had to heal a massive amount of 'stuff' to be able to do that. Oh, boy. That includes imprints! I have a lower spine issue (an unhealed wound that literally killed me last lifetime) that came from a past life that I had a regression and found out about. It's permanent in this life, so there's nothing I can do to completely resolve it. But it's not stopped me. I work around it instead. I hike, I work out, I do anything I want. I'm just careful, being aware of what to do and not to do. Knowing where it came from was an astounding revelation. When I get my next avatar, no more spine issue! Despite that stupidity of my past life I'm supremely aware - NOW - that I'm not stuck here. Not at all. This was my chosen path. What a freakin' adventure this has been and continues to be. Oh, and emotion! OMG. So, get this. I'm an INTJ, you know, super rational. But the most important thing I've ever experienced is nearly paralyzing grief and deep ecstasy. This profound depth of emotion is DELICIOUS. It gives me chills. It let me know I'm connected intensely to spacetime. It's truly a treasure. And I say that specifically as a ultra rational thinker. Thought is supreme, and deep intense emotion is a gift. So, this veil of forgetfulness has pissed me off to no end. I mean truly. Once I had my past life regressions and discovered I was on this epic adventure I discovered bits and pieces of who and what I had been before. Oh, to have all those years at my disposal! At least I began this remembering journey 45 years ago and have pieced this puzzle back together since then. When I was 10 I had a dream that I was in this specific timeline to do some specific things. Nothing universal. Nothing world shaking. Nothing like that. It was about healing my past, really. I had not a single clue what that dream meant then, but it was so intriguing that I keep prying it apart every day. And when I was 19 it began to fall into place.
I wish someone would talk more though about what level of free will do we truly have down here. I can tell you right now I’m experiencing something and it’s not what I want to be experiencing! Anyone that goes through a spiritual awakening has experienced this. I don’t know anyone that enjoys it so we don’t have 100% free will down here. I believe we have 100% free will as a soul. Also, the events that led up to it were definitely divinely orchestrated and that’s messed up, so I am guessing my soul really must want to experience what I’m going through. Everything that happened, it’s almost like I had amnesia because I didn’t do the things I normally would’ve done. I look back at it now and I’m like how was this all even possible?

I don't think I came voluntarily tho. I never wanted to be here. I started wanting to die since I was like 3 or 4 when I consciously tried to suffocate myself with a pillow several times. I would fall asleep crying all the time. I have been suicidal my whole life. Its really hard to stay here and hate waking up every day because I hope I can go home when I fall asleep. I have never wanted to achieve anything or be successful. Instead, I cannot help but wonder how the hell I got here, with 5 kids when I never wanted any and a marriage coming up 20 years. Now I have to be a good role-model so they have hope in a future, so i have made it my mission to understand the development of the human being from every perspective just to give a fuller story for them to comprehend where we have been and where we can go if we don't mess up our priorities. I live for them only so want to give them a good chance. I do care about the human race, but never felt like I belong. I am not special, talented, pretty, or have any "gifts". It is just burdensome. Thinking I was a passing spirit who accidentally got born and took away the life opportunity of another deserving soul.

I know you all know … just to remember this aspect , We are living in a simultaneous Time/ Space … which is a perception of our 3rd dimensional perception … But literally those PAST LIFES are actually in quantum dimensions all in the same moment . I don't thing I have had a past life. Nothing seems familiar to me. I also, can't be hypnotized. I have tried, but I am awake, I hear and realized what was going on. It gets to the point where I get bored, and fall asleep. When I heard my recorded session, I was snoring. And the hypnotist, chucked and said, I fell a sleep.
Omggghhh tve birthmark thing. Ive read and heard of that. I once met a guy who had a birthmark on his chest he told me he was shot with a arrow in a past life. My 12yr old son has autism and aspergers his birthmark is a bigggggg strawberry mark below hie eye. We had to have bom treatmented in Pittsburgh for it due to it effecting his vission feild. Ive been gifted since i was a child my mom tokd me as i child i got it from her.
