This is the most sane, sensible, realistic and down-to-earth talk on past-life imprints that I've come across. Also the most helpful. The only thing missing for me is that the past lives mentioned are all those where the individual is a victim of some awful event. But many of us have also been perpetrators of bad things as well. I imagine that the healing of those events might be a little bit more difficult. I suppose when the soul is ready.

I felt this in my core! Especially when you spoke of past life imprints and how if you’ve experienced trauma in regards to helping others there’s a fear of stepping forward in this life. Now that I know I’m meant to help others, I feel this immense sense of fear that keeps holding me back from actually posting anything of meaning. I give myself countless deadlines to try and push myself, but always find an excuse for not posting or acting. Hearing your explanation made me literally start bawling. Yoga is fantastic body work. Something I learned from yoga is to "send your breath" to the parts of your body that hurt, which really reminds me of what you said about sending regression work to the heart.

Omg I just watched this and instantly felt the connection to my past. I have recently had past life memories of being a burnt at the stake and people standing around yelling witch. I do understand that it is the fear of being crucified again that is blocking my spiritual awakening and I now understand why I have been so anti religion my whole life. I am still unsure how to heal that trauma and release the fear.

the south node and the north node play into the concept of human design as well which is what I was first introduced to as I began my spiritual awakening after leaving a lifelong high demand religion. Thank you for doing this two-part series! I did my first past life regression last night. I had a memory of being in a beautiful forest and encountering a very large and aggressive brown bear that was standing up in its hind legs about to attack me. I felt extremely scared. Yes, awareness is everything. I'm blessed to have found an energy healer who gave me a heads up about certain traumatic deaths. My body became a magnet for injuries in certain places that i needed to heal and because she gave me that info, I processed it and was able to see something seemingly disturbing with complete neutrality. However, I seem to have a new one coming up so thank you for the advice on how to heal it.

Yes Christina as usual your timing is impeccable!! Bam 💥. I’m working on myself a lot the last couple of years. Years prior I knew I had these feelings but put it them on the back burner until catastrophe hit and made me stop go back and actual hate myself for not looking at what I was seeing was actually happening. I always had a feeling ... as you said triggers but always pushed them to the side. I have always been great at closing my eyes and pushing my emotions (any) to the back until it goes away. Oh my goodness! I never considered how in depth these imprints can go! I've always been ambitious and trying to create enterprises or what not, but whenever I start it out, it never goes very far.. The video was so helpful. Thank you for the information! Today is the second day of my past life regression experience. I have been meditating for a year now I just focused on holographic breathwork to heal. The energy field is truly there. In my past life, I have lived a short life as a woman and experienced horrible things. In my first session when I saw her or myself it was a bit shocking because I was trying to draw my past self for 5 years without even knowing who she was. So you might even see yourself. The right mindset is the key to heal. The journey was so painful for me to go through, but after the cleansing experience, your life just shifts. You will be someone else. How you think how you behave, even your body expects something to happen but after the regression, you actually heal and be able to see the result in many ways. Ego block is crucial because it can get real scary at times, but if you let it be your life will change. You will have the recognition of your life long companion who was always within you. The wholeness will emerge and the result of this work is something else. The intention point is a must in this regard. To be willing to experience whatever that comes on your way and to be determined to feel anything deeply as you could. You need that mindset. If you find the regressions chakra, the work you put will soften and make things much easier. I made a lot of bodywork before my experience as well. You can heal yourself, and you are not alone. I have a lot of signs in my life that my consciousness is not normally from this planet. I just recently started shadow work and it’s showing me things I hate, I recognized and accepted that sometimes I like seeing the fear in people. It makes me feel stronger, that makes me feel like a past life of mine was very blocked by its ego and did some horrible stuff, but I also know that I am a light worker because I always try to bring light into other peoples lives. Back to the not of this planet section, in short my guides started interacting with me through the stars and my Theripist told me to look into the pleidian star group, I read some of their messages and my body started crying, and then a month later I finally put two and two together, I have a birthmark on my thigh that is almost an exact replica of their star group. Before all of this during my spiritual awakening I was with a gender less but feminine individual who embraced me as we were made up of the universe

It seems like my life has been one crisis after another this year. I've lost my marriage and my mother this year and not sure I can withstand another huge loss like those. You have hit home here with a few points, especially the imprints. I’ve noticed a repetitiveness especially when a relationship ends that I tend to go into a frantic panic, to the point of almost wanting to die. I feel like I died of a broken heart in one of my lives, I really want to explore more on this, and I hope I can be successful in healing that imprint!
