The eye contact thing happened with my first son on the day he was born. It was SO intense and strange to me. It didn't happen until we came home from the hospital and I had laid down with him to take a nap. I woke up feeling as if someone was staring at me. I looked around the room and then down at him. HIS EYES! I could hear his eyes saying, "I AM HERE! IT'S ME! IT'S ME! I AM SO GLAD TO SEE YOU! I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" The excitement in his eyes and the REAL Love I felt were both SO INTENSE! I thought that this was just the mother-child bond, but after having my other 3 kids I discovered that this moment with him was definitely unique. It's been 28 years and I can still see those eyes at that moment perfectly! It was so special.

Holy crap, this couldn’t have come at a better time. I said aloud into the universe yesterday how I feel so alone and wish I could find my soul family. I've been blessed to be able to meet and live with so many members of my soul family. Soulmate, twin flames, best friends, sisters, brothers, the father I should have had growing up. There are no words for the depths of joy and completeness they have brought to my life. I spent decades feeling alone, lost, unworthy of love, but every second of it was so worth the wait. If you haven't found them yet, hang in there. Do the work, and when you find them (or they find you!), you'll spend every day after full of wonder. It's been two and a half years, and most days, I still feel like I should pinch myself to be sure I'm not dreaming. I want that for all of you. For everyone. 💜

Meeting a member of my soul family was hilarious. I happened to sit RIGHT by her at a kava bar. I went by myself and was in a pretty energetic point of my transformation. She was with someone but I KNEW I couldn't leave until we talked. We ended up talking for about 2 hours first meeting. We are the same age, 3 days apart. So we are Taurus with many of the same placements. We also look alike. We both had the same teal blue hair when we met, same style, same shoes, same interests....lol. Both into astrology and lightwork. She has helped me a lot already. I still can't believe it is real. Ha!

Sidenote: a karmic relationship also can feel familiair because of similar trauma which can turn out to be very toxic, because they will take advantage of your vulnerabilities so you need a good connection to your intuïtion and your sense of self to see this for what it is.

This all makes sense why I could never connect with my birth family. I always called them my assigned family because of the amount of trauma and abuse that went on. But I broke the chains with the help of your videos and all the encouragement and guidance you have shared. Thank you so much for living your soul purpose so that us lightworkers can find our calling and the strength to get through our missions on earth.

This is crazy but I had a dog who lived here for 14 years, but how I got her was she was in My dream. I knew her name and what she looked liked. I woke up and got a paper then went to get her. I went through all the puppies and couldn't find her and said "she's not here"! I felt so lost. My daughter was holding her the whole time and she ask me "what about this one"? I grabbed her and held her up and started crying, it was her! It's been 5 years since she left and still my heart bleeds for her...yes she was a soul mate and I tell everyone she is lol Thank you for all the hard work you do and all your Beautiful energy Much Love

Has anyone ever had the experience of thinking you were ready, then calling in and manifesting that person, and then realizing you were NOT ready and running away? Many years ago, I did a manifestation meditation and in exactly 10 days, that person approached me on the street, engaged in conversation, had the full-on eye contact (I would describe it as a meeting with someone in a dream who is trying to get you to hear their message), and then when they repeated back to me THE EXACT SAME WORDS I had used in my meditation, I got spooked and ran off.

I've met several of my Soul Family's members thanks to the Internet and social media, when being drawn to the same spiritual groups 😀👍 (I'm typing this at 11.11am, I just realised 😄) I'm in NZ, and most of them live in far-away countries like the US and within Europe. I'm looking forward to meeting them all in person one day! 😇

I have 3 friends from my soulmate family. First one I met 9 years ago when we were both struggling with codependency. Second one 4 years ago when I was waking up and she was struggling, 3rd one is my male friend who I met one year ago when I was stage 5 of my spiritual awakening and he is struggling with codependency and so much unhealed stuff. I am so happy and grateful I have family of 4 souls family. I deeply love and feel connected to them.

We are all soul family. We are here to help each other evolve to love. We lightworkers are here to help everyone live together and thrive. Everything is to merge with love. We are all family.

This was exactly how I felt when I met my husband. We didn’t even speak the same language when we met, but for some reason I didn’t feel the need for words. I felt completely comfortable in his presence and his energy felt so comfortable to me.

Crazy how everything happens for a reason, light worker here it’s been a hell of a ride this lifetime

I just felt like sharing my story. It has been 4 years since my Spiritual awakening. The trigger was leaving my town and shifting to a city with my whole family for educational purposes. This decision was made by my dad too suddenly that it shook me to the core somehow. I joined a new school and boom! Just within a month or so I met my twin flame (bestie). After another two months I made two friends. Let me call them A and B. Me and my bestie entered the ego death phase and we were very "busy" in questioning everything, trying to find the answers, sinking into deep depression, sharing our weird experiences, acting according to our will (soul's will) which affected our rankings and results etc. I started to change from within. My focus was full on myself and my twin and I couldn't really focus on A and B. Now I am entering the void state and I am close to union with my twin flame I can feel it. Since a month, I suddenly started to feel something beautiful for A and B. And it is this familiarity and closeness. Only then I realized how visibly I have been ignoring A and B. Because I always felt very close and familiar with them! I ignored them straight for months with various childish excuses during the ego death phase! But I still felt that I am very close to them like I know so much about them (I still don't know). It didn't make a lick of sense. Tbh if this was a normal situation, A and B would have long ago cut ties with me. But they never did. Till now, they are the ones that took initiative to contact me and my twin. I couldn't understand how our 'friendship' could even sustain till now considering their and my personalities! It shouldn't have. But it did somehow. Our relationship was definitely not just a friendship. We didn't even talk often much less meeting physically. I don't really know their hobbies, likes, dislikes, family situations etc and vice versa. But I know them. And they know me. It is deep. Whenever we talk, we include deep topics. First it wad just about some mysteries etc. By the time, it became more and more deep. I don't end a call without gaining some deep knowledge, or clue for something and same goes for them. Currently I feel weird. Like I feel familiar and close with them. But I also feel an awkwardness. Both are not on the surface level. Ngl we are completely different personalities but I feel we are very similar in some way. Very much similar. It cannot be explained. And I feel this more clear than anything. Within this one month I have felt many things regarding me, A and B. I want to know more about them. Not on surface level but to the core. I want to get close to them. It is not just knowing their hobbies and by hanging out with them. I want to get very close to them, if possible close to the core. I don't ignore them now. I have started to open up myself. I take the initiative to contact them. Not only because I am coming out of the ego death phase but I feel like I am being magnetized. I have..or always had a knowing that I do something with A and B in the future. For example....travelling. But it is not merely traveling but something more.....I can never explain in words. Simply, I have a knowing that we are gonna stay in contact in the future and we have a combined purpose for doing so and it is not just for friendship. Whenever I imagine them living a normal life with their whole focus on family, it doesn't feel right. I don't know how and why do I think about these things but I do. I don't really have a clear idea on how do I want them to be. But I think I am slowly getting an idea. Exactly one month ago, 'A' contacted me. Somehow while discussing about some deep topics, I blurted out things about Empath. She asked me further and I simply recommended Christina's video. The next time she contacted me, she said that after seeing the video, her mind gone blank for quite a time and she cried. And that she might be an Empath. She then told me that she is changing from within and shared many things......I feel like she is Spiritually triggered. And she felt it too. Now this feels right to me somehow...like this is what that should happen. It just feels like it. And just after some days, B contacted me and told me how depressed she was. She felt different. I cannot explain but she felt different like she has started to change. A also said she felt different and she couldn't explain how. This is when I started to feel magnetized towards them. This is not just me but my twin feels the same. My twin is still ignoring them for quite a time because of her own situation. But she just seems to know everything. We are not very close on the surface level but we know about each other from deep within. We just seem to know about each other. These things somehow resonate with this video. I was too excited so I couldn't stop myself from sharing these things. Thank you so much for the video, Christina! 🤍

I did meet someone as a teacher in the internet. The connection was instantaneos. It was like meeting a "a similar soul" or an "old friend", "old connection" or "someone connected". Its fantastic.

Who wants to be my friend

I met someone in the yoga community who I almost immediately felt drawn to and comforted by, energy wise. Her energy feels so vibrant and beautiful and it's magnetic. I met her in a really low period of my life. I would say meeting her and my yoga community, my yoga practice, saved my life. I've had it in the back of my head that I was at least meant to meet her on my healing journey, that I had lessons to learn from her. But recently she sent me a selfie where she was looking right in the camera and when I looked in her eyes through the photo I got this rush in my body and immediately started tearing up. I got this rush of knowing, like I recognized her, but couldn't put it into words. Sometimes we will make eye contact with a smile, and I've noticed it makes me so happy, because her energy is just so vibrant, but I also can't help but look away because it feels overwhelming, and because fear of judgement creeps in. I'm going to stick around and see if I get further confirmation ☺️🧘‍♀️💜

Woah when you were talking about having covers over your soul frequency and doing shadow work to remove them, I had this tingly "oh shit" feeling, because I have journaled about a strong intuition about this months ago. I got this strong intuition in which the message was "change is coming, right around the corner. It's there waiting for you, you just have to energetically shift and prepare" I got this feeling that I was peeling back layers like an onion that covered my true self, my soul, my higher self. I kept getting this feeling/deep knowing that I was shedding, and that beautiful change was right around the corner because I was manifesting energy that matched my highest vibration. I got this intense feeling of "NOW is the time to heal", as if my soul was leading it. Because of this feeling, I searched for a therapist to help me heal and do deeper shadow work. She took such a cognitive based approach, and I kind of lost touch with this spiritual intuition that I had felt so strongly. It never went away, just went to the back of my heart. I feel it strongly again now, as I heard you reflect it back to me.

I’m pretty sure I met someone in my soul family this past year. It was exactly as you described (super weird time, crazy intense feeling of familiarity-like looking in a mirror, similar childhood history of trauma in dysfunctional families) and it didn’t go well. It was overwhelming for both of us, and we are not even on speaking terms currently. I developed an intense attachment to him that was confusing and painful for everyone around us (including my life mate). It ended up being super traumatizing for me and now I’m working through it.

Its amazing how different or unconnected I can feel in a room full of people but after reading these comments I felt connected instantly 😊😊😊

The good news is that you don`t always have to go back into your traumas and experience them so deeply again in order to HEAL them! There are lighter ways to do that, with the same (or even BETTER!) effectiveness. And it`s also important to beware of what kind of person you`re trying to unblock within yourself, and of what you really GIVE into this world. In other words, we all should try to create more LIGHT within us, so that we could really give something good! And that means A LOT of work for us! :)))

I went in a very bad situation, Witch lead me to the spiritual world! And just starting My Spiritual Journey, a Very Special Soul Family Enters My Life! We live in different continents, still the Conexión is so strong, We Can Talk For Hours, He Have manifested amazing things for me, and with each conversation we awaken more the other, we Have now 3 year’s Of Friendship, and it’s the only person that bad moments or situations won’t affect Our Connection! I met my twin flame but of course we were unhealed when we met. We did have the intense eye contact. He has the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. We would just look into each others eyes and smile. I would feel lighter. I do feel a bit lonely right now, but I am doing the shadow work right now. Yes, Christina, I have met a member of my soul family! It totally blew me away and changed my life. All the things you mention happened. I was overwhelmed with the feeling of being home with this person. And the love!! There was so much love! I've never felt this before but I always dreamed there could be this kind of connection with someone. I had spiritual experiences, telepathic communication ('bout made me crazy), and the eye thing was amazing, like seeing forever in their eyes. It was truly joyous and healing. I appreciate videos like this because they confirm how alone I am. Not everyone has a soul family, especially when you feel so different than anyone you've ever met. Some people just don't fit in anywhere, in any aspect of their lives.

I've met many and I'm also best friends with one. It really was help from the videos I watched along the way. I still remember the first member of my soul family that I've met and it was the greatest transformation I've ever experienced. I have met soul family members as a young child, but I had no idea why I connected to them so perfectly at that time. As an adult, I have met members and two mentally barreled me over at first glance! I racked my memory trying to place them in my current day life. In both cases, geography explained our meeting prior to this was Impossible. I also saw one of these strong souls in a spontaneous regression as I meditated simply to relax. What a regal soul they have!
